Explore MeditationLucas has been finding his way for quite a few decades. In 2021, he decided to enroll in a Yoga Teacher Training program. It was all downhill from there. A deep dive into Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra led him down the path of a slower teaching style. At the same time, he found Sound Healing, through a transformative gong experience during a sound bath. Years, and many certifications, later he is a respected and sought-after sound healer in the local community as well as serving remotely. This entire time (and many years before), golf has been an important way for Lucas to ground and get back to nature. He used his learnings around Yoga and the anatomy of the body to help with better balance and more-informed movement to improve his swing. The one area he saw as missing in the golf world, was the ability to help clear away the anger/frustration that rises after unlucky things happen on the golf course. He found that he could manage these unforeseen events, most of the time. For that minority of the time, taking deep, present, reset breaths really seemed to help pull his mind back to his body. He also found that through the use of certain instruments, like tuning forks, this reset could be elevated even more. Golf Calm was born from this and it's already helped so many golfers.
