This is a short practice to wind down the end of a maybe busy day.
Starting by taking a comfortable seat or laying on your bed.
Softly closing your eyes.
And just be aware of your breathing.
Asking yourself how light can my breathing be?
Can I breathe with softness?
And allowing your bodily intelligence to make you experience this softness.
And then open up to all the senses that you can feel breathing.
Feel the air entering your body at the tip of your nose or at your lips.
Feel the temperature of the air entering and leaving your body.
Feel the expansion of your chest while inhaling and the relaxation and change of shape when exhaling.
Feel your belly,
Your shoulders,
Your ribs,
Maybe even your back.
Just feel.
Then invite yourself to bring this feeling of relaxation into every conscious breath.
And you can keep breathing with this awareness for as long as you feel.
Or decide to end this practice whenever you feel ready.
