Ready to release stress and reconnect with your brightest self? Dance is one of the most powerful releasing practices and mood boosters on the planet, and one of the BEST ways to remember and re-ignite our unique inner spark!
This 45-minute session begins with a short warm-up then moves into a loosely guided movement practice set to an eclectic playlist. Often we follow a chakra-based journey up the body; sometimes we explore other themes. Follow along, and/or listen to your body and let it move however it wants!
There's no good or bad at this, no judgment, no dance experience necessary. Just a belief that our bodies were made to move and trust in their wisdom. Newbies extremely encouraged!
It can be fun to have flowy scarves or small towels handy, or small instruments like castinets or a tambourine, to embrace a spirit of play. Wear comfy clothing and have a water bottle handy!
