From Feelings to Action: Small Steps Toward Change Without Burning Out

Peace is not passivity. After we make space for our feelings, we can turn toward wise action without collapsing into doom, urgency, or savior mode. This session is about values-based action in small, sustainable steps: what is in your control, what is not, and what “enough” looks like right now. We will explore tiny actions that reduce helplessness and build steadiness, and close with a brief intention practice.
