It is my intention to ease your mind and to gracefully divert your thoughts away from the stresses of your day,

Enabling you to effortlessly drift into a profound state of tranquil,

Rejuvenating,

Deep and healing sleep.

So just allow yourself to settle into a place of stillness,

Where you can let go of the outside world and journey inward.

Right now,

As you continue to listen to my voice,

Begin to make yourself comfy in your bed.

During our time together,

I remind you to use your imagination and invite you to engage all your senses as you immerse yourself into your inner experience,

So that you can let go completely of the outside world.

Allow yourself to visualize in full detail,

Feeling the scenes that will unfold before you.

When you allow yourself to do so,

You will create a sensory rich experience that activates your subconscious mind more effectively.

You create a mental state that closely resembles the actual experience,

Making it easier for your subconscious mind to accept and manifest.

So now,

Let us begin.

With your eyes closed,

Allow yourself to completely relax now.

Really let yourself sink into your favorite position,

Allowing your body to melt into the softness of your bed.

And now,

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or worries that may linger within you.

This is your time,

Cocooned in a sacred space,

Where you can let go and surrender to the embrace of sleep.

As you begin to relax,

Bring your attention to your physical body.

Let's start by focusing on your feet.

Visualize a gentle stream of warm,

Golden light flowing into your toes,

Soothing and releasing any tightness or discomfort.

With each breath,

Notice how this healing light moves upward,

Gradually relaxing your feet,

Moving into your ankles and calves.

Feel the weight of your legs sinking deeper and deeper into the mattress as any lingering tension melts away.

Shift your awareness to your lower back and abdomen.

Imagine a soft,

Healing light sweeping through these areas,

Gently loosening any knots or tightness.

Just allow your breath to flow naturally,

Deepening with each inhale and softening with each exhale.

With each breath,

Feel your lower body becoming lighter and lighter,

More at ease and completely supported by the bed beneath you.

As the tranquility spreads,

Guide your attention to your chest and shoulders.

Envision a warm,

Comforting light bathing these areas,

Dissolving any lingering tension.

Notice how your breath effortlessly expands your chest,

Creating space for relaxation and serenity to settle within you.

With each exhale,

Just imagine any stress or worries easily evaporating into the air,

Leaving you feeling lighter and more free.

Now,

Let's gently turn your focus to your neck and head and visualize a cascading waterfall of pure,

White light flowing down and down,

Soothing and releasing any tightness or strain.

Just allow your neck to lengthen,

Your jaw to soften,

And your face to completely relax.

As the weight of the day lifts from your shoulders,

Feel your mind becoming quiet and calm,

Ready to surrender to the peace of sleep.

With your body now fully relaxed,

Bring your attention to your breath once more and just observe the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

And let each inhale invite tranquility into your being and each exhale releasing any remaining tension.

Feel the rhythm of your breath becoming synchronized with the natural rhythms of the night,

A gentle lullaby guiding you into slumber.

In this serene state,

You are free to let go of the day's burdens.

Simply trust that right now,

It's time to surrender to the healing embrace of sleep.

As you drift deeper into relaxation,

Imagine that you're surrounded by a cocoon of soft,

Loving,

Angelic light.

Cradled in the arms of tranquility,
