Climb into bed.

Pull the covers up nice and tight.

And wriggle around until you're in the most comfortable position to drift easily off to sleep.

That's right.

Allow your eyes to close over.

Allow your bed to hold you.

You can let go now.

You're safe,

Secure and held.

Right here.

It's time to go inwards.

Allow my voice to guide you gently off to sleep.

And any other sounds that you may hear around you.

Simply allow you to sink deeper and deeper and deeper.

Breathe into your body,

Right down into your toes.

Imagine that your breath fills your body with air,

Just like a balloon.

And you become light in your body,

Light enough to float.

Allow your muscles to let go and relax even further.

You're so light that you can easily float to the stream just ahead.

And take a journey down the stream,

Lounging on a lily pad.

Imagine now,

Floating all the way there.

Then down from the sky,

Onto the delicate leaf.

Beginning your quiet,

Soothing adventure.

You notice the wind blowing away any thoughts that may have been creating stuffiness in your mind throughout the day.

And you let the clarity within expand.

You notice the smells of the air around you are fresh and crisp,

Cleansing your mind even further.

You watch the banks of the stream nearby,

The trees,

The wildlife.

Moving by in a way that makes you feel free and alive.

And those sounds,

Music to your ears,

The birds,

The water,

The rustling trees.

Oh,

The tranquility.

You can taste the sweetness of living in the present moment right now.

You feel the gratitude in your body for all that you are and all that you will be tomorrow.

Take a moment now to tune into your body more deeply.

Allow the music to continue to carry you down the stream.

As you float off to sleep and into your dreams for a night of deep,

Restorative sleep.
