Welcome to this fertility meditation.
I hope this space provides you with some comfort,
Love and support as you navigate this time post-transfer.
Let's start to arrive in this space together.
Let's connect with our breath.
Take a slow,
Easy breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth,
Like a sigh of relief.
Allow your body to settle in to the support beneath you.
Feel yourself held,
Whether you're on a chair,
A bed or the floor beneath you.
Feel yourself held by Mother Earth herself.
You have done so much already.
Now there's nothing else left to do.
Nowhere else to be.
Just this moment of rest and receiving.
Something just for you.
I want you to imagine that your breath has a warm,
Golden,
Gentle,
Soft light.
And that this light is gathering the top of your head now.
As I guide you to move this light down your body,
I want you to meet all the different parts of you with kindness,
Compassion and love.
You are not at war with your body.
So let's take that breath now.
A beautiful,
Warm,
Glowing breath,
Like a light at the top of your head.
And let's move it down your forehead.
That warmth almost melting away any tension with the breath.
Allow it to move past the sides of your eyes,
Softening that space,
Relaxing your cheeks.
Let it soften your jaw and relax your tongue.
There's no need to hang on to anything here.
Allow that warm light of the breath to travel into the throat and the back of the neck.
Let it move into your shoulders now,
Across your shoulders.
And breathe deeply here.
Take the breath down your arms,
Into your elbows,
Your forearms,
Around your wrists,
Into your hand,
All the way down into your fingers.
And just imagine allowing anything from your fingers,
Tension,
Anger,
Frustration,
Just to disperse into the air around your fingers.
Let it be that part of your body.
Taking that warm light of breath up to your chest now.
And wrap this breath,
This light,
Around your heart space.
Allow it to soften the space.
And just pause here for a few breaths,
Giving your heart some love,
TLC.
A space that carries so much.
Let that light comfort your heart.
Move your breath into the top of your tummy now,
Where your ribs are.
Feel that warmth,
Soothing any tension.
And move that breath into your tummy and into your womb space,
Your pelvis.
And just allow that warmth to soothe this area and open this area.
Let your hips drop heavy.
Let the breath travel down your thighs,
Into your knee,
Down your calves and your shins,
Your ankles,
And into your feet.
Travelling down into all of your toes.
And just feel your whole body soften now.
Allow yourself to fall heavy into the surface beneath you.
As you notice any places in your body that have felt tense,
Guarded,
Sore.
Without judging,
Changing anything,
Just breathe gently there.
If you sense frustration,
Fear or anger,
Offer those sensations kindness in your breath.
Whispering inwardly,
I see you.
Thank you for all you've carried.
You are not at war with your body.
This is an opportunity to come home to it.
Now bring your attention to your womb space.
This sacred cradle of creation within you.
See this space glowing softly.
Perhaps a gentle pink or golden light,
But whichever colour feels comforting to you.
Imagine your womb space wrapped in this glowing,
Gentle light.
Swirling,
Circling,
Like a field of protection,
Love.
This light expands with every breath.
That field of protection growing stronger,
Ever so slightly bigger.
Warming and nourishing each cell.
Within this light,
Imagine your embryo just resting peacefully.
A tiny spark of potential.
Surrounded by this warmth and safety.
You are safe here.
You are loved here.
You belong here.
Let your breath flow around this space.
Like a calm rhythm that says to your body,
I trust you.
You know exactly what to do.
Let's rest with that trust with our bodies for a moment.
If any anxious thoughts appear,
Offer them kindness,
Acknowledge them.
Let them drift away with the breath.
If you feel comfortable to do so,
You may wish to place one hand over your heart and the other over your lower tummy.
I want you to feel both hands rise and fall with your breath.
Connected by the rhythm of life.
Feel the energy of your heart flowing down to your womb space.
And the wisdom of your womb flowing up to your heart space.
With each inhale,
Allow these two energies to meet.
Like a circuit,
Like a current of love,
Trust,
And strength.
This circuit,
This ribbon,
Links your heart and your womb.
Sense it pulsing softly with every beat of your heart.
And I want you to repeat inwardly to yourself,
My heart and womb are one.
I am open to receive.
I am safe in this waiting.
Let your breath become slower.
And feel your body settle more deeply.
A quiet heaviness that feels safe and supported.
Notice the gentle rhythm within you.
The pulse in your tummy.
The rise and fall of breath.
This rhythm of life.
A quiet hum of life already present.
Let this sense of calm that we've gathered here today expand.
Expand into every cell in your body.
Each breath reminding your body it's safe.
Safe to soften.
Safe to receive.
Safe to trust.
Notice this subtle aliveness inside.
A shimmer of potential.
Not forced,
Just felt.
This soft current of love moving through you.
Your body is wise.
Your body knows how to nurture life.
You can be patient.
You can be open.
You can trust.
Everything is unfolding in its own perfect timing.
You don't have to be afraid.
You don't have to force hope.
Hope lives here,
Naturally,
In the quiet spaces of your heart.
Know your body is working with you,
Not against you.
It knows how to protect,
How to nurture,
How to create.
You are whole.
You are loved.
You are safe.
Let's bring some gentle awareness back to your breath now.
Just tune in to that ebb and flow of your breath.
Notice how fast or slow your breath may be now.
Enjoy the temperature of your breath.
That cooler inhale bringing fresh energy into the body.
And that warm,
Nourishing exhale.
Perhaps you notice the texture of your breath.
Whether it feels smooth or bumpy,
You should breathe.
And just rest here for a few breaths.
You'll start to engage with the space around you once more.
Noticing any sounds or smells.
Start to feel yourself come back into the space.
Maybe you wish to stretch out your feet.
Maybe it feels good to rock your hips,
Side to side.
Rolling your wrists and stretching out your fingers.
Circling those shoulders.
And maybe it feels good to rotate your head,
Side to side.
And if you haven't already,
Feel free just to gently float your eyes open once more.
Welcome back.
