歡迎你加入我們今天的睡眠冥想請平躺在床上,

並調整到最舒適的姿勢當你準備好後,

慢慢地閉上眼睛讓我們先做幾個深呼吸吸氣,

呼氣吸氣時,

感覺你的肌肉在慢慢放鬆身體開始變得越來越沈繼續按照你自己的節奏進行深呼吸並感覺身體越來越放鬆,

越來越沈重現在,

慢慢調適你的呼吸回到正常的呼吸頻率並體會和享受深呼吸帶來的內心的平靜和幸福睡眠是為精力充電和修復身心的絕好時機如果你發現自己開始陷入思考請觀察你的想法或者感受並漸漸地讓它們從你的身心中離開現在不是深思的時候,

而是休息的時刻放空你的頭腦,

放鬆你的身心慢慢地掃描你的身體,
