Sitting in the softest parts of your being,

Despite the pain and struggles etched into your history,
There lies this reprieve waiting for you to grasp it for assistance.
To understand that life doesn't have to be so hard.
What it asks from you is to not only trust that it can bring you back into the solace and peace that you seek,
But that you first and foremost trust yourself.
That you have faith in the strength and fortitude you carry in your bones and that no matter how far you fall,
