Hello,

My name is Leigh.

Welcome to this Stargate Meditation.

Let me take a moment to give you a brief introduction.

This is a completely guided meditation and the best part is there is nothing for you to do.

The more relaxed you are,

The more you can connect to the energies.

The Stargate is a sacred geometric structure that radiates a conscious energy,

An energy that can move you into a deep meditative state within moments.

In the meditation,

We will be raising the vibrational energy of the Stargate by moving through the dimensional frequencies.

Nothing for you to do,

You simply relax and allow and your own energies will naturally begin to harmonize with these higher vibrational energies of the Stargate.

Each one of us will have our own unique experience and no two meditations will be the same.

The energies come to you individually and will be perfect for you in the moment.

I will be asking each of us to ask for certain things during the meditation.

This is an invitation for you to ask silently and gives your intention and permission to receive and be a part of the meditation.

It is important to keep the eyes closed throughout the meditation,

That way you can stay focused within and not be distracted.

If all this is new to you,

Simply relax,

Sitting or laying down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

And so the most important thing to know about Stargate's meditations is that there's nothing for you to do.

So find yourself a position for your body where you feel you can completely relax and invite your body to relax in this moment and bringing your awareness to your breath.

And as you breathe into the body,

Just bringing that awareness into your body with your breath and checking in to see how you feel in this moment.

Maybe adjusting the body a little bit to find an even deeper sense of relaxation or inviting a specific part of the body,

The face to relax,

The shoulders to relax,

The back to relax and see if you can sense the energy that is moving within your body and around your body.

With an intention,

Can you sense how you are feeling,

How your energy is moving through your body in this moment.

Now let's invite the energy of the earth now to come up into our bodies and into our energy field.

So each one of us will ask inside,

We call the energy of the earth to come up into our body and into our energy field.

And just seeing if you can notice when the energy of the earth is moving through the body,

Do you sense any shifts?

Do you sense the energy of the earth?

And again,

Inviting relaxation and allowing yourself to fully let go as you are held and supported by the earth,

By this beautiful planet.

And now we're going to invite an etheric stargate to form around us.

And this is using our imagination to form a stargate or a pyramid.

If you don't know exactly what a stargate looks like,

Inviting that shape with your imagination to be around you so that your entire body is within this structure,

Within the stargate,

Within the pyramid.

And there you are relaxing within that sacred geometric structure,

Breathing and relaxing.

And now we're going to call on the activation now of our own etheric stargate,

But also all the other stargates,

Etheric and physical stargates around the world.

So each one of us will ask inside,

We call for the activation of all the stargates.

And again,

Inviting your awareness within,

Do you sense any shifts as your own energy now begins to radiate and harmonize with these energies of the stargate?

Beginning now to raise that vibrational frequency of all the stargates,

Moving through the third dimension and into the fourth dimensional frequencies,

Vibrating a little faster and faster,

Moving into the fifth dimensional frequencies,

Into the sixth dimensional frequencies,

Gently continuing to vibrate into the sixth dimensional frequencies and the seventh dimensional frequencies now where we will pause all of the stargates for just a moment.

So all of the stargates now around the world are vibrating at the seventh dimensional frequency range.

So each one of us,

Let's ask inside for a strong seventh dimensional energy field.

We're calling now for a strong seventh dimensional energy field in all of the stargates.

And as we relax in this moment,

The energy flowing through our bodies just naturally begins to harmonize with these energies of the seventh dimension.

Nothing for you to do.

You're relaxing,

You're breathing,

You're inviting these energies to flow easily and effortlessly through your body and around you within your stargate.

No need to direct any energy.

These energies know exactly where to go,

How to move.

You're relaxing and allowing,

Allowing your imagination to experience these energies,

These energies,

This connection to your own self,

To your being.

We're going to continue to raise the vibrational frequency of all the stargates once again,

Vibrating them faster and faster,

Moving through the eighth dimensional frequencies into the ninth dimensional frequencies,

Into the 10th dimensional frequencies,

Continuing to vibrate the stargates faster and faster,

Moving into the 11th dimensional frequencies,

And then up into the 12th dimensional frequencies where we again pause all of the stargates.

And so all of the stargates now around the world,

The etheric stargates and physical stargates are vibrating in these 12th dimensional frequency and we're relaxing.

And as we relax,

The energies flowing through us and around us are naturally beginning to harmonize with these frequencies of the 12th dimension.

I invite each one of us to ask inside for a strong 12th dimensional energy field.

We're calling for a strong 12th dimensional energy field in all the stargates.

We like to begin our stargate meditations by inviting the energy and the presence of the angels.

So each one of us will ask inside,

We call for the presence of the angels,

The angelic realm now bringing their energy to you.

This energy now flowing into your stargate,

In your body,

Around your body,

As you relax,

Breathing and relaxing.

And I am sensing some archangels here and you may have one in mind or a few in mind,

And I always invite you to invite any beings or guides that you sense for your own self at any moment.

But I am sensing Archangel Michael.

And so each one of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of Archangel Michael and feeling,

Sensing,

Experiencing these energies.

Whatever comes to you is right for you.

Let's invite also Archangel Raphael and Archangel Gabriel.

So we're calling now for the archangels,

Raphael,

Gabriel,

And any other archangels that you are sensing.

These energies are moving through your body and around your body.

The trillions of cells of your body vibrate,

Radiate in these energies.

There's nothing for you to do.

Breathing and relaxing.

We're also going to invite the energies,

The presence of Mary Magdalene and also of Jesus of Yeshua.

This divine feminine and divine masculine energy,

This pure unconditional love,

This oneness.

So I invite each one of us to ask inside,

We call for the presence of Mary Magdalene and Yeshua,

Jesus.

What is this experience for you as they bring their energy,

Their love,

Their support to you,

Knowing in every cell of your body that you are safe,

Knowing that you are worthy and knowing that you are deserving in this moment and in all moments.

You are a divine being of light.

Every cell of your body,

Trillions of cells of your body now vibrating,

Receiving,

Balancing,

Clearing,

Cleansing with these energies.

You are a divine source creator.

Know this to be true.

Know that the energy flowing through you,

Vibrating in every cell of your body,

This love,

This love of the universe,

This connection to all there is,

To creator,

To source,

To God.

Yes,

This is truth.

This is my truth.

I know this to be true.

I allow myself to know this truth,

To relax into this truth,

To release any doubt,

Any thought form or belief that does not resonate in this truth.

I am sensing this beautiful goddess energy.

There are many,

Many goddesses and many energies associated with that.

One that is coming forth for me in this moment is the goddess Kali.

Let's invite her energy,

Her truth,

Her beingness in this moment,

In this meditation.

Each one of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of the goddess Kali.

Feeling,

Sensing this moment,

Her energies,

Her love,

Her support,

Her message,

Her truth that harmonizes with you.

What is this message?

What is this truth in this moment for you?

As you relax and receive,

Nothing for you to do.

I allow myself to radiate my truth.

I know I am safe.

I know I am worthy and deserving.

I am forgiven.

I am love in all moments.

I allow myself to know this love,

To experience this true,

Pure,

Unconditional love that I am,

That I radiate now and forever and have always been.

I am seen.

I am heard.

I am loved.

There is another beautiful energy here that I am sensing.

Invite the energy,

The presence,

And allow yourself to experience the gift of a white buffalo calf woman,

Her presence,

Her wisdom.

Each one of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of white buffalo calf woman.

Breathing,

Relaxing,

Inviting the experience,

The energy to flow easily and effortlessly through your body.

What message do you receive?

Experience do you feel or sense?

Every cell in your body vibrates,

Radiates your truth,

Your magnificence as you remember who you are.

Breathing and relaxing.

If you are occupied with thoughts or beliefs that are coming to you,

Inviting these thoughts to be in the flow of the energy,

Inviting your mind to be the guardian of your breath as you relax and sense and experience the energy of you,

The beauty of you.

I allow myself to know my magnificence,

My radiance,

The truth of my being,

The love that I am,

Knowing that I am one with source,

That I radiate,

That I am this source.

I am source.

I am creator.

I am God.

Know this to be true,

Allowing your awareness to be on your next breath as you breathe in these words.

I am,

Perhaps silently repeating the words to your own self.

I am feeling,

Sensing the radiance of in every cell.

I am,

I am one.

I am free.

I am sovereign and I am whole.

I would like us to invite again this energy of our earth,

This connection that we have in this human body to this planet and the beauty,

The wisdom,

The magic of the earth,

The growth,

The rebirth,

The death,

All that encompasses our human experience on this planet.

So each one of us asking inside,

We're calling now for the energy of the earth,

That crystalline core,

The crystalline energy of the earth,

Maybe the magma of the earth,

The rocks,

The dirt,

The ocean,

The water of the earth,

The growth of every plant,

Feeling,

Sensing as it moves through your body,

As every cell connects and remembers this radiance of our planet and the oneness,

The connection to source.

I am source in this body,

In this moment of now and these energies moving through you easily and effortlessly in your body and around you in your stargate are bringing balance and harmony to every cell as they remember their highest potential in this moment.

Nothing for you to do.

I love you as you relax up,

Allow the energy of these words to radiate.

I love you.

These are the words of our beautiful mother earth.

These are the words of every cell of your body.

I love you.

These are the words of creator of God.

These are the words of the universe.

I love you and you relax enough in this moment to accept,

To radiate,

To know this truth.

I love you.

Breathing and relaxing,

Allowing the imagination to experience your beingness,

Your wholeness,

Your sovereignty,

Your freedom,

All that you are,

Knowing that the universe,

That source,

That creator,

That God experiences pure bliss in knowing your beingness and connecting with you and all that you are.

This bliss,

This radiance of joy for me brings in some beautiful energies,

The energies of the nature spirits.

Each of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of the nature spirits,

Of the sprites,

The sirens,

The fairies,

The merfolk,

All of these magical,

Beautiful beings,

These beautiful energies of joy,

Just the pure joy of living,

Of being,

Of experiencing this life and these infinite potentials that each one of us can experience,

Does experience just by being.

Also inviting the energy of the unicorns here with us.

Each of us inviting,

We're calling now for the energy of the unicorns.

Feel it,

Sense it,

Know it,

These energies.

Inviting your imagination to experience these beautiful energies,

Perhaps inviting these energies to come closer to merge maybe.

What can your experience with a unicorn be perhaps?

Just to look into their eyes,

To perhaps be on the back of a unicorn.

I'm sensing the pegasus also here for us.

Each of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of the pegasus,

The glorious winged beast,

Animal,

Being,

All their energies offer to each one of us in this moment.

This invitation has also brought forth the presence of the eagle.

Each one of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of the eagle.

This foresight,

This sight,

This knowledge,

What does that offer for you in this moment?

What is the gift for you to receive in this moment?

As you relax and allow,

You are magnificent.

Every cell of your body,

Trillions of cells radiating,

Vibrating your truth,

The love that you are,

Your own uniqueness,

Your sovereignty.

Know this to be true.

These energies come to you in love,

In joy,

In celebration,

To know you,

To be with you,

To share this experience with you.

In this sense of joy and bliss that's radiating from every cell of your body,

Let us invite the whales and the dolphins here,

Acknowledging their presence as they flow with you,

In you,

Around you.

We are calling now for the energy,

The presence of the whales and the dolphins,

Inviting their playfulness,

Their wisdom.

What is the experience,

The message,

The gift in this moment for you?

I love you.

Every cell of your body radiating and vibrating your own unique truth,

Your own unique vibration,

Your own unique sound,

Energy.

Know this to be true.

You are a gift,

A blessing.

I am beloved.

Allow your awareness to be on your next breath as you breathe into your body,

Into your heart space.

Bring your awareness into your heart space and invite an awareness into your heart space of this moment,

Of this awareness of your truth,

Of your radiance,

Of your magnificence to be a part,

To be remembered in this heart space so that when you are in awareness,

You invite this awareness into your heart space and in an instant,

These energies are vibrating within you as they always are,

Encapsulating within your heart this moment of pure love,

Of knowingness,

Of truth radiating within.

Take just a moment with our awareness and our intention to invite a clearing and cleansing specifically in your heart space.

Just each one of us asking inside,

We're calling for a clearing and cleansing in our heart space,

In our heart chakra,

But also in our sacred heart,

Inviting 100% infinite potential within our heart space,

A radiance in all directions and feeling that radiance in the body through your chest,

Through your back,

Through your hips,

Down your legs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Your feet,

Your toes,

The soles of your feet,

And then up through your chest,

And your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Your fingertips,

Your palms,

The back of your hands,

The back of your neck,

The back of your shoulders,

Into your face,

Your ears,

Your nose,

Your mouth,

Your eyes,

Your hair,

Everywhere,

And your crown,

Your third eye activated,

Every bit of you,

Knowing your truth,

Your radiance.

I am whole,

I am complete,

I am sovereign.

And with awareness again on your breath as you breathe into that heart space,

Feeling,

Sensing that breath in the body and allowing yourself to feel the weight of your body as that breath fills your body,

Feeling the weight of you,

The weight of whatever you are resting on your body,

And also the energy of you and whatever you're resting on,

Beginning to sense your body,

Your physical body,

Your skin,

And the radiant energy on your skin,

And slowly and gently feeling the fingertips and the radiant energy radiating from your fingertips and your palms and touching your fingers and your palms and slowly and gently moving along your body,

Feeling and sensing your physicality of your body and the energy radiating everywhere as you connect to all of you,

And slowly and gently beginning to move the body in whatever way is comfortable for you,

With ease and grace and love and gratitude,

Feeling the gratitude moving wherever your awareness is,

Whatever you're moving,

Gratitude and through your body for this moment,

For this meditation,

And allow a smile to come to your face.

Allow your whole body to smile in the beauty,

The radiance that you are in loving gratitude.

You are a blessing.

And then when you're ready,

Just very slowly open your eyes and use your sense of sight to see the space around you,

The radiance of you mirrored and reflected back to you in the space around you.

And slowly bringing yourself back into the circle,

Sitting up and taking a moment to connect with your experience and how you feel in this moment,

Acknowledging your experience,

Maybe even writing it down.
