
Guided Meditation To Calm Your Nervous System
Life Coach Malachi offers a short guided meditation focused on allowing yourself to feel without getting overwhelmed by emotions. Viewers are invited to close their eyes, monitor their breath without doing anything special, and gently relax their hands and muscles. He guides an intentional inhale through the nose and a slow release, emphasizing stillness, connecting to self, body, and mind, and settling the nervous system in about five minutes. External sounds are acknowledged and then released as attention returns inward. The meditation closes with honoring the moment, moving the toes and body to come back fully, and encouragement to make life a meditation by taking quick moments to be present.
