Hi soulmates,
Liana Moon here and in two days there will be a full moon and full moon is very special time because this is time when we have the most of energy and as a parent I usually notice that my daughter on a full moon is very very difficultly fall asleep and she's very emotional either crying or laughing and it's basically what's happening with all of the people because we have so much energy and if we don't know how and where to direct this energy it can be destructive for us so I really recommend you to meditate and to schedule your day and try to follow it and use your energy in good ways and today I want to share with you full moon meditation practice.
To start this practice I'll ask you to find a comfortable sitting position,
Keep your spine straight,
You can put your hands on your knees,
Relax your hands,
You can close your eyes or leave your eyes open if you don't feel comfortable to close your eyes.
And let's start from deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth and one more time inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
And let's do last third cycle of breathing,
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth,
Feel your belly,
Is it soft,
Relaxed or you feel any tense?
If you feel any tense put your right hand on your belly and with each exhalation let go any tense you feel in your belly.
Now move your attention to your heart center to your chest,
Make a deep breath in and feel how your chest goes up and goes down with exhalation.
Make a deep breath in and try to open your chest a little more.
And exhale.
Now move your attention to your third eye,
Space between your eyebrows and try to let go of all the tense you have there,
Try to relax this space between your eyebrows and feel when you do this your whole face become relaxed and smooth.
Feel your ears,
Feel a space where your hair grows.
Feel your whole head,
Feel your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your back,
Your low back,
Your hands,
Your legs,
Your feet and toes.
And now imagine a little teeny light in the middle of your belly,
Imagine that this light is like a little star which shines in all directions and fulfill your belly with light.
Imagine that this light is healing energy which helps your stomach and digestive system to be healthy.
Imagine how your belly is full of light.
Also our belly is our will.
If you feel that it's difficult for you to make a decision and you have many doubts every morning,
Every night before sleep and after you wake up,
Imagine this little light in your belly and imagine how light fulfills your belly.
It will help you to feel more clarity when you need to make a decision.
Now move your attention to your chest,
To your heart center and imagine a little teeny light like a little star in the middle of your heart.
Which also,
Like we did with our belly,
Start to shine and give light in all the directions.
And fulfill your chest with light,
With energy of love and kindness to yourself and others.
And imagine how this light from your heart connecting with the light from your belly,
How your will and decisions start to be connected with your feelings,
With your heart.
And now move your attention to your third eye,
The space between your eyebrows.
And imagine the little light,
The little shiny little star between your eyebrows.
How it starts to fulfill your face,
Your head,
Your neck.
And our third eye,
It's our intuition and also our thoughts,
The way we think.
And imagine how your head and neck fulfills with this light.
And also this light heals your eyes,
Your head if you feel any headache.
And imagine how this light starts to connect with the light in your heart and with the light in your belly.
And you just start to feel how your whole body full of light and if you feel that your belly,
Your will,
Your actions connected with your feelings,
Your heart and your heart connected with your mind,
Your thoughts.
You feel integrity and wholeness inside of you and all these three centers connected with loving kindness and compassion.
Put your left hand on your heart and right hand to your belly.
And think,
I love myself as I am,
I accept myself just the way I am.
With all my dark and bright sides,
I don't neglect any part of myself,
I love and accept myself just the way I am.
Here and now.
You can slowly open your eyes.
