Hi, This is Lisa. Settle in and get comfortable and prepare yourself for a guided chakra meditation. Close your eyes or soften your gaze and when you've settled in, Follow the red glow to your root chakra. And when you've found your root chakra, Whisper to it, I am. Bathe in the comfort of your safety and security and your groundedness to the earth. And when you're ready to move on, Follow the orange glow to your sacral chakra. And when you've found your sacral chakra, Whisper to it, I feel. Bathe in the comfort of your passion and creativity. And when you're ready to move on, Follow the yellow glow to your solar plexus chakra. When you've found your solar plexus chakra, Whisper to it, I do. Bathe in the awareness of your personal power. And when you're ready to move on, Follow the green glow to your heart chakra. When you've found your heart chakra, Whisper to it, I love. Bathe in the awareness of your true nature, Your empathy, And your compassion. When you're ready to move on, Follow the blue glow to your throat chakra. When you've found your throat chakra, Whisper to it, I speak. I speak. Bathe in the awareness of your personal truth and the power of communication. When you're ready to move on, Follow the indigo glow to your third eye chakra. When you've found your third eye, Whisper to it, I see. Bathe in the awareness of your intuition and your sixth sense. And when you're ready to move on, Follow the violet glow to your crown chakra. When you've found your crown chakra, Whisper to it, I understand. Bathe in the awareness of your wisdom and your enlightenment. Bathe in the awareness of your safety and security, Your passion and creativity, Your personal power, Your true nature, Your personal truth, Your intuition, Your wisdom and your enlightenment.
