Welcome.
Before we begin,
I'd like to invite you to set aside the idea that you need to achieve anything during this experience.
There's nowhere you need to get to.
Nothing you need to figure out.
Nothing you need to force.
Just for the next few minutes,
Your only job is to be curious.
Because sometimes the answers we seek don't arrive through effort.
Sometimes they arrive when we become quiet enough to notice what has been there all along.
Take a slow breath in.
And gently let it go.
Again,
Breathing in.
I'm breathing out.
That's it.
Allowing your body to settle whatever way feels comfortable for you.
Notice the support beneath you.
Notice for this moment,
You're being held.
Nothing to carry.
Nothing to solve.
Nothing to manage,
Just this moment.
Just this breath.
And now imagine that all of the roles you play in your life,
Beginning to soften,
Just gently drift into the background.
The professional.
The parents.
.
.
The partner.
The friend.
The helper.
The planner.
The problem solver.
And for now.
Allow all of those identities.
Just to go on vacation.
And rest.
Not because they're not important.
But because beneath every role you have ever played,
There's still you.
The you that existed before every title.
Before every success.
Before every disappointment.
Before every expectation.
And that is who we're meeting today.
Imagine yourself standing at the entrance to a beautiful path.
You don't need to create it.
You don't need to imagine it perfectly.
Just simply allowing it to begin to reveal itself.
Perhaps it's a forest path?
Perhaps it leads through a field of wildflowers.
Perhaps it winds along the edge of the ocean.
Trust whatever appears.
And if nothing appears,
Simply trust the feeling of walking.
Begin moving slowly along the path.
With every step,
The noise of the outside world becomes quieter.
And quieter.
The endless thinking,
The constant analyzing.
The pressure to know.
The pressure to be certain.
The pressure to have all the answers.
Allowing it all to just drift further behind you.
With each step becoming more present.
More open.
More available to yourself.
And eventually.
.
.
You arrive at a place unlike any place you've ever been.
And yet somehow it feels familiar.
As if you've been here before,
A place that exists beyond stress.
Beyond urgency,
Beyond fear.
A place of deeper knowing.
I can begin to look around.
Sensing what you sense.
Noticing what's here for you.
Notice what draws your attention.
Nothing to interpret.
Nothing to understand.
Simply notice.
That's it.
And now become aware that you're not alone.
Not because someone else has arrived.
But because a deeper aspect of yourself has stepped forward.
The part of you that has witnessed every moment of your life.
The part of you that has remained unchanged through every chapter.
The part of you that sees more than your fears,
More than your doubts.
More than your temporary circumstances.
This deeper self does not speak in panic.
It does not speak in urgency.
It does not speak through fear.
It sees from a wider perspective.
And it's been patiently waiting for this conversation.
Take a moment now to bring forward a question.
Question that just so easily bubbles up.
Not the one you're thinking right now.
The one that simply bubbles up.
Just letting it.
.
.
Gently come to the surface.
And three.
Bobbling up now.
Two,
Beginning to be aware of this question.
And 1.
Noticing the question now.
Good.
Noticing.
The word or words.
Perhaps a feeling.
Maybe a memory.
Perhaps a knowing that can't quite be put into words.
Maybe a simple sense of peace.
Whatever arrives is enough.
And if nothing arrives,
Trust that too.
Sometimes wisdom speaks during the journey,
And sometimes it speaks later.
This invitation is not to force an answer.
The invitation is to strengthen the relationship with the part of you that already knows how to listen.
And before leaving.
Ask the steeper part of yourself.
One final question.
What would you most like me to remember?
And simply receive.
Taking all the time you need here.
Letting it in.
Piece by piece.
Or download.
Receiving.
Doing really great.
Wonderful.
Now take a moment to thank this deeper aspect of yourself.
Notice how it responds.
And know that this connection is not limited to this meditation.
It's available whenever you choose to become still enough to listen.
Beginning to gently return your awareness to your breath.
Piece by piece.
Awareness to the body.
To the room around you.
Any noises?
Sensations.
That's it.
I'm bringing back with you whatever is meant to come back.
Allowing everything to unfold in its perfect time.
Taking a slow breath in.
And this low breath out.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening the eyes.
Wonderful job.
Thank you for taking this journey.
And remember,
The deepest wisdom is rarely something we acquire.
More often,
It's something we remember.
