Good morning.
This is your moment of alignment.
A time to begin your day from your center.
I invite you to remain lying on your back in bed.
Gently opening your arms and legs.
Lengthen your neck.
Stretch through your spine.
Let your hands rest comfortably by your sides with your palms relaxed.
Keep your eyes closed and bring your attention to your breath.
Lengthen each inhale as much as you can Feeling your body from your abdomen all the way to the top of your lungs.
Then exhale completely through your mouth.
Take three slow,
Deep breaths at your own pace.
As you do.
Imagine a bright white light resting gently at the top of your head.
It settles there.
Hovering softly above you.
Warm,
Gentle.
Deeply comforting.
Once you have completed your three deep breaths.
Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
Bring your attention to the light still resting above your head.
White worm.
It feels so comforting.
So protective.
Saddle the lead The light begins to flow down into your head.
As if it were liquid.
Bathing every part of your body in its glow.
You notice it moving through your forehead,
And continuing down until it reaches your throat.
And everywhere this light passes,
That idea becomes illuminated,
Released,
Warm and light.
The light continues flowing through your body until it reaches your heart where it remains for a few moments.
Feel its warmth.
Feel it expanding with every heartbeat.
With every scale.
And exhale.
The light divides into three streams and continues downward.
Two of them flow gently through your arms.
And when they reach your hands,
They settle there as glowing spheres of white light in the palms of your hands.
The third stream is larger and continues flowing down from your heart.
Moving through your chest.
Your back.
Use too much.
And down along your spine.
Until it reaches your lower abdomen.
Once again.
The light divides,
This time into two streams and each one continues down through your legs.
Notice them flowing through your thighs,
Your knees.
And all the way down to your ankles.
And when they reach the soles of your feet,
You can see the light flowing out through them like two streams of white water.
Creating a continuous flow that begins at the top of your head and ends at the soles of your feet.
Remain here for a moment.
Feeling this bath of light cleansing every part of your body.
Every corner,
Illuminating you from within.
Hi.
You feel so good.
You feel clear and light.
This light remains with you now.
Flowing continuously.
Cleansing and illuminating your body along the rest of your day.
Whenever you need it,
You can reconnect with it,
Allowing it to bring lightness and clarity back to your body and your system.
Now slowly and gentle begin to move your toes and your fingers Gently roll your neck and stretch through your spine.
And when you are ready,
Just open your eyes You are now prepared.
To begin your day aligned.
