Welcome to this meditation to cultivate and expand the energy of love.
Love is an emotion that grows stronger the more we share it with others.
So in this practice we are going to expand the love within us,
Beginning with ourselves and allowing it to flow outward to others.
Begin by laying down or sitting in a comfortable position.
Let your arms rest naturally by your sides and allow your legs to relax slightly apart.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose.
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Two more times at your own pace.
Now,
Place both of your hands over your heart and gently invite the feeling of love into your body.
Repeat after me.
I open myself to receiving all the love this world has to offer.
I open my heart to expand and multiply my ability to love.
Allowing that love to reach every corner of this planet.
Now bring to your mind someone that you love deeply.
Imagine them sitting right in front of you.
Notice the way they look at you.
Notice their smiles.
Feel the love they have for you.
Take a moment to reflect.
Why do you love this spin so deeply?
Perhaps it's because you can be completely yourself when you are with them.
Perhaps it's because they accept you exactly as you are.
Or maybe it's simply because you know their love for you is unconditional and returned with the same openness that you offer to them.
As you continue looking at this beautiful being.
Notice your heart beginning to expand.
Feel the love growing stronger and stronger inside of you.
There is so much love within you that it can no longer be contained inside your chest.
And it continues expanding.
Flowing beyond your body.
Forming a beautiful sphere of soft pink light all around you.
There is so much love inside of you that your heart naturally wants to share it.
Begin by sending that love to the people you care about.
It doesn't matter how close your relationship is.
It doesn't matter how often you see them.
The only thing that matters is that your heart has more than enough love to give.
And as you send the love to those you cherish,
They send even more love back to you.
Creating a beautiful ever-expanding cycle of love surrounding you.
Now this sphere of pink light no longer surrounds only your body,
It begins expanding the walls of the room you are in.
Flowing throughout your entire home.
Grabbing every corner in this warm,
Loving light.
But your heart still has so much love to share.
So now begin sending love to people you don't even know.
To your neighbors.
To the people working in the businesses near your home.
To your co-workers,
To your managers,
To every person whose path crossed yours.
You have so much love to give that it no longer matters who the other person is.
Your love is able to see the goodness that lives within every human heart.
And your sphere of light continues growing larger.
Because every time you give love.
You receive it but multiply it.
Now,
Allow that love to expand even farther.
It spreads across your entire city.
Then throughout your country.
And continues growing beyond anything you can imagine.
Simply notice how the love that is born within you multiplies so quickly and so powerfully that it knows no limits.
It creates a beautiful current of love flowing through every heart.
Touching every living being on this planet.
Infinite.
Bring to mind the people and animals who may be going through difficult times.

You know personally.
And many others you have never met.
Perhaps they are experiencing war.
Natural disasters,
Poverty,
Hunger,
Or any kind of suffering.
Send them all of the love you can.
Knowing that every act of love brings light,
Comfort,
Hope and healing into the world.
And all the love you give returns to you multiplied.
It continues expanding without limits.
Until this beautiful sphere of pink light embraces the entire Earth.
And even extends far beyond it.
Stay here for a few moments.
Feeling the love overflowing from your heart flowing through your entire being.
Reaching every corner of the planet.
Touching every heart.
And multiplying into more and more love.
For you.
And for others.
