Mmmmmmmmmm.
In this meditation you will be guided to have your own experience in discovering who your spirit animal guide is.
What kind of animal?
The one who's been with you all of your life and some that are transitory.
You will know.
Before we begin,
The most important thing you can remember is to be open to receive anything that comes up that is of goodness and light and truth and love.
For all spirit animal guides,
No matter how seemingly insignificant they might be,
They have all had the training to do the work that they do.
They have ascended and transcended the mortal realm.
So if you have a simple spider or something as grand as a mustang horse,
It doesn't matter because they all are there and capable to do the work that needs to be done to help you in this lifetime.
So sit in a comfortable position.
It's recommended that you sit straight and open,
But also be comfortable.
You don't want to be rigid.
You want to be relaxed.
And if you are comfortable with it,
Close your eyes.
And if you're not comfortable closing your eyes,
Just soften your gaze downward and just let your eyes on focus so you can look within and allow yourself to be carried into the inner world of deep abiding connection so that your spirit animal guide who is in truth with you right now will be able to reveal itself to you.
Wherever you are,
A portal has opened to walk you within,
Deep within your heart,
The heart of you,
Your essence,
Your true self.
And you walk through the portal and take your consciousness down and you will see what is meant to be seen.
You may come upon a field of wildflowers.
You could be in the middle of a rainforest on the great plains atop a mountain at a beach or deep within the ocean or even amongst the stars.
You are wherever you need to be.
And a space of sacred safety deep within you that you can go to at any time.
And here in this space,
Your spirit animal guide will reveal itself to you in a way that is best for you.
If you have a hard time seeing or feeling,
Consider that perhaps an animal bias is preventing you from seeing what you need to see.
Or consider that perhaps you have a specific expectation that you need to let go of.
And consider that perhaps you will see an animal that you've never seen before in real life or an animal that is extinct for their spirits still live on.
And have a conversation.
Smile.
Say hello to your friend.
And I will be quiet for a little while so that you might have this conversation in peace.

They are still with you.
Always because they love you and have agreed to help you in this life.
In any way that they can,
And that you ask them to do.
