This 3 minute sound meditation was recorded with slight distortion on the electric guitar for the purpose of aiding in lowering anxiety. The guitar is tuned to Verdi's A pitch at 432 Hz. While heavy metal music has been studied and known to combat emotions like depression and anxiety, we can use the same distortion method in other types of music like you'll find here.
Beautiful! Thank you! I need another 15 minutes of this!

Though it took me a minute to find out where this was going, it's unusually engaging and relaxing. I'll add my voice to those encouraging a longer version as well!

My first time ever hearing electric guitar used as an instrument for meditation. Unique and I kept expecting it to burst into rock and roll lol.but, instead it calmed and made me smile!

I think the distortion adds an element of emotion to the song. It sounds like music from an end of a powerful movie. Very pleasant!
