Hello and welcome!

Today's meditation will help you to feel safe and home in your own body.

Please find a seated position that is comfortable for you today.

And before we start with the meditation,

I want you to connect with your heart.

Lay your hands onto your heart,

Onto your chest and just feel,

Take a moment to feel your heart.

Can you feel it?

Can you feel your very own heartbeat?

Stay there,

Connected with your heartbeat and arrive in that space.

This is the beat of your life.

Your heart is beating,

Your body is alive.

This is your life force.

So feel it,

Connect with it,

Feel the rhythm that is within you and start to expand it,

Make it bigger and you arrive in that present moment.

You arrive in your body,

You connect with your heart and whenever you're ready,

You can close your eyes,

Your hands can find a comfortable position and start to focus on your breathing.

This helps to let go of all the thoughts.

Be aware of your breath,

Recognize every inhale.

We inhale deep and we exhale long.

And with every inhale,

I want you to feel more grounded.

Sense the ground underneath you right now while you inhale deep.

And when you exhale now,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your neck,

Your jaw,

Your eyebrows.

Let your whole body sink into softness.

And one more time,

Inhale deep,

Arriving,

Feeling grounded,

Warm and supported.

Exhale,

Letting go,

Feeling light and free and soft.

Inhale deep,

Arriving,

Knowing that you can trust.

Exhale,

Letting go of all the expectations,

Becoming soft,

Gentle with yourself.

And let me tell you right now,

Where you are in this moment,

You are safe.

And I want you to repeat this in your head.

I am safe.

Repeat it for yourself right now.

I am safe.

I am safe.

Settle deeper.

Let yourself fall into your own safety.

Notice where you're still holding tension in your body right now.

When you let yourself fall,

What do you feel in your body?

Send this message there.

You are safe.

You're safe to let go.

Inhale into every tension you find in your body and repeat,

I am safe.

And when you fully let go of all the tension in your body,

You can shower yourself with love.

Love is the most powerful force in this world.

So I want you to sense this love around you.

You don't need to do anything or force anything.

Just shower yourself in love.

You are worthy and lovable just the way you are because the perfect you is the love within you.

The heart in your chest that is beating for you.

That rhythm.

Expand this feeling.

Feel the rhythm within you knowing that as long as your heart is beating for you,

You are safe.

You don't need to do anything.

It's just pure love that is beating for you in your chest.

Feel your heartbeat one more time and accept the beauty within you.

You are safe.

You know who you really are.

Love your joy and your sadness.

Trust your heart.

Feel connected and safe because when you're connected with yourself and you feel safe,

You're able to expand,

To open up your heart and to share your love that is within you,

That comes from a place that is so full of love.

Feel your heartbeat expanding one more time and feel safe.

Rest for a moment in this feeling surrounded by your heartbeat,

Connected to your breath,

Warm and safe.

This is you.

This is your body,

Your home.

Take this feeling with you wherever you go.

That nothing,

Nothing can steal your safety.

Your heart will always be here beating for you wherever you go.

Feel a sense of gratitude for your heart which is beating for you every day.

Inhale this gratitude,

This feeling deeper and you start to recognize the ground underneath you.

I want you to slowly start to move your feet and your arms,

Your fingers,

Your hands.

You start to come back,

Connect with the room around you,

With the chair where you sit,

With the ground underneath you.

You hear my voice clearer,

Louder.

One more time,

Know and trust that you are safe and open your eyes.
