Imagine a clear white light filling,
Surrounding,
And protecting you,
Cleansing
All levels of your consciousness.
This clear white light is working on behalf
Of your highest good.
It begins to move in a slow spiraling like motion around
You,
And as it does,
It releases anything that's not of the highest frequency of
Loving and light.
You will hear me name parts of the body.
Please take your attention to those
Parts,
Bringing your awareness with an invitation of noticing,
Letting go,
And
Being filled with well-being and light.
Feel this light traveling around your body in a slow spiral-like motion
Beginning at your feet,
Traveling around your ankles,
Shins,
And calves,
Knees,
Fronts and backs of the thighs,
And into the hips and pelvis area.
Take your
Attention to the low belly and low back and pause here to feel your breath.
Feel this clear white light moving in a slow spiral-like motion,
Lifting,
Cleansing,
And clearing any negativity as it travels around your arms,
The ribs,
Front and back of the heart space,
Shoulders,
Back of the skull,
Forehead,
And
Crown.
Feel yourself completely encompassed by this light.
Its presence
Is filling every cell of your being with healing energy for your highest good.
Breathe healing energy into every cell of your being,
Invoking peace,
Trust,
Calm,
Well-being,
Inspiration,
Inner knowing,
Creativity,
Freedom,
And love.
Breathe this
In to every cell of your being,
Every level of your consciousness for the next
Few breaths.
And as it resonates for you,
You can repeat inwardly or aloud.

Release any energy that's not of the highest frequency of loving and light.
I
Release any judgments or beliefs that have bound me in limitation.
I am filled,
Surrounded,
And protected with this light.
I am guided,
Nourished,
And directed by
This light.
And so it is.
