A lot of the things that we go through in this life can bring heart pain. Pain of a heartbreak, Of loss, Of grief, Of disappointment, Or feeling rejected or abandoned. All of these things bring up these emotions and experiences in the heart that can lead us into tightness, That can lead us into creating walls or feeling like we don't want to let our love out and we don't want to let love in. We can feel undeserving to receive love. We can feel like our love won't be received. So all of these things we bring into this space, We give space for here today. And if you'd like to come with us, We'll do a journey to bring about healing and movement in those heart wounds so that you can clear and open to experience bringing in more love and joy and abundance into your heart. So today we're going to begin by finding a comfortable position. Taking a deep breath. Relaxing your body into the space that you're in.
