Begin in a comfortable seat.

Feel your seat bones anchored and rooted on the earth.

Envision roots traveling down from the base of your spine and seat extending into the layers of the earth.

You are grounded.

You are completely held now and you are supported right here.

Connect now with your breath.

With no need to change anything.

Feel your breath as it is naturally.

Just notice the sensations of breathing.

Maybe it's jagged,

Sharp,

Smooth,

At ease,

Pleasureful.

Whatever you feel now is perfect.

Drop into the feeling of simply being breathed.

Move your attention now to a place in your body that is in pain,

That is holding,

That is crying out for your attention.

And in the safety of this moment,

Allow your pain to speak.

Let it tell you its story.

What does it look like?

What is the texture?

The color?

Shape?

Listen and be a witness to it.

Whatever is arising for you is perfectly okay.

Envision now a white light streaming in from above,

Shining through the crown of your head,

Coming down and encircling your place of pain.

As you breathe in,

Allow this white light to nourish your place of holding.

And as you breathe out,

Release tightness and constrictions.

Inhale healing white light.

Exhale the weight you hold.

With each breath,

You clear and move this blocked energy.

Focus your attention now on your heart and allow it to open and expand large,

Blossoming and filling your whole chest.

Love and compassion swelling and channel this now to your place of pain.

Experience love now cocooning this area with warmth and say to it,

I love you.

I love you.

Love is a frequency that can heal any wound.

It is the supportive undercurrent always available to you.

This healing reservoir is part of you.

Let go for one moment longer and just for now be boundless,

Free and awakened.

Take your seat as the healer,

The lover and the soother of your own being and know you are exactly where you need to be.

You are whole.

You are valid.

Your pain is your great guide and teacher on this journey.

Place your hands on your heart and bow down in reverence and gratitude for yourself,

The journey you are on and the care you are giving to your own healing.

With an inhale,

Expand with love and light and exhale trust and surrender.
