Come to a seated position.
Either in a chair.
Or cross-legged on the ground.
Or even lying down on your back.
Once you're settled.
Bring the awareness to your pelvic floor.
The base of the spine,
Sits bones.
Drawing energy from.
The bass.
Up into the spine.
Relax the shoulders.
Touch the tongue to the roof of the mouth.
If you haven't,
Close the eyes down.
And tune into any noises.
In your outside environment.
Allowing the mind to take up.
And take in space.
Bringing attention to.
Any areas.
Of the body.
That feel tense.
And allow any emotions associated with that tension.
To.
.
.
Arise and imagine that.
Your minds.
And your thoughts.
And your identity.
Are completely separate from this tension.
The physical body.
And allow it to just be.
With this detachment and separation from this pain or this tension or these emotions.
When you create the space.
What comes up for you.
Start to notice.
Your breathing.
If it's too if it's relaxed.
Or if it's shallow.
If you're holding.
And simply Let it be.
Start to notice your feet.
Bring your attention up to the ankles.
And into the calves.
Notice your circulation.
Bring your attention to the knees.
And into the thighs.
Tops of the thighs,
The backs of the thighs.
Noticing your booty.
Bringing your attention to the pelvic floor once again.
Connecting with the base of the spine,
The sits bones.
And drawing energy up through the pelvic floor.
Notice the hips.
The belly.
And the solar plexus.
The summit.
Noticing the rib cage.
And all that it's protecting.
Notice the breaths.
The back.
Shoulder blades.
Noticing the chest.
And if you can Connect to.
.
.
The beating of the hearts.
Bring the attention to.
Collarbone.
The tops of the shoulders.
The biceps.
Triceps tips of the elbows.
The pit of the elbows.
Forearms.
The rest.
And notice the hands.
Bringing attention to the tip of the thumb.
On the left hand.
The tip of the index finger on the left hand.
The tip of the middle finger.
Tip of the ring finger.
The tip of the pinky.
And bring your attention to your right hand.
Noticing the right thumb.
The right index finger.
The right middle finger.
The right ring finger.
And the pinky.
Bring your attention back to.
.
.
The upper back.
Tops of the shoulders.
The front of the neck.
The back of the neck.
The jaw.
Quality of.
.
.
The ears.
How they connect to the sinus.
Whether your ears feel Open.
And clear.
Or any sort of clogging that's happening.
Bring the tension to the tip of the chin.
To the lips.
To the teeth.
To the inside of the mouth.
The tongue.
And bringing your energy up to the cheekbones.
The nose.
Noticing again the quality of.
.
.
The air coming in and out.
And bring the attention to the eyelids.
The eyebrows.
Forehead.
Third eye.
Continue on to the top of the head.
How your hair feels.
Becoming aware of.
The quality.
And the current state of your body.
And how simply noticing and creating space.
Can bring nourishment.
And perspective.
And further relaxation.
And peace
