Hi,
It's Kiki.
Today,
I'm going to talk briefly about journaling and journals.
We often hear people say,
Bring your journal,
Grab your journal,
Et cetera.
I'm a journal girl,
Journal queen.
And not singular and I just have so many so I'm going to show you three today and an easy way and I journal about a lot of different things so These are my gratitude journals.
So I have this one,
Which I purchased.
Also bought this handy little thing so I have a pen by it.
So it's my overall gratitude journal and I just number it.
As I.
Add things of gratitude.
It's very general.
Every day I write a minimum of five.
I write some in the morning when I get up and write some in the before I go to bed,
And then I also write some during the day.
But then I started journaling for very specific things.
Another gratitude journal.
And it's just this wonderful journal that my bestie gave to me.
And it's a spiral notebook.
She got it at the dollar store.
And in this one I'm writing down things that I'm grateful for about a certain project that I'm working on and the project is I'm going to the fringe,
But you could do it on any project that you have specific.
For that project,
Gratitude.
And then.
.
.
Also,
This helps me deal with my imposter syndrome.
I'm sure you've all heard of this.
Another journal,
Also from the dollar store for my best friend.
But this is an affirmation journal.
So I write down affirmations in it.
Specifically,
I'm writing down affirmations about the fringe,
About how I am talented,
How I am creative,
Etc.
This is how I use.
These journals around gratitude.
Now I have other journals too,
But just to give you an idea,
And I'm sure you can come up with more creative ways of using journals.
That's it.
Thank you.
