Hello and welcome.

My name is Kamaru Sakal.

I am so grateful to be guiding you through this morning meditation.

The space we're entering together is a gentle invitation to return to yourself,

To arrive in the stillness and awaken with presence.

Over the next ten minutes,

We'll explore a grounded and uplifting journey,

Anchored in light,

Rhythm,

And breath.

There's nothing you need to do but listen,

Soften,

And receive.

So find a comfortable seat.

Let your spine lengthen and your shoulders relax.

Close your eyes and let your hands rest gently.

Begin to notice the breath.

Soft,

Quiet,

No need to change it.

The first light of day holds infinite potential.

Every moment is unwritten.

Every breath is a chance to begin again.

Feel the stillness like the hush just before a symphony.

You are the presence that brings it to life.

Arrive here just as you are.

Begin to visualize a soft,

Golden light above your head.

It glows with warmth just like the sun at dawn.

Feel it gently pouring over your scalp,

Your face,

Your shoulders.

Allow it to soften you.

This golden light moves downward through your chest,

Into your arms and fingertips.

Let this light be your awakening.

You are radiant.

You are alive.

Let it fill every part of you gently and completely.

With every sound of the music,

Feel your awareness expand.

Let your breath be natural.

Let your body be soft.

You are rising naturally with the rhythm of your own energy.

No need to strive or control.

Just allow.

I invite you to repeat silently,

Today I rise.

I welcome this day with an open heart.

Let these words root themselves within you.

Let them become the soil you walk upon.

You are steady.

You are light.

You are aligned.

Now gently bring your attention down into the body.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Quiet,

Strong,

And holding you.

With your awareness,

Imagine roots growing from your base,

Extending through your legs and deep into the earth.

You are rooted here.

Safe,

Present,

Whole.

Affirm softly in your heart,

I am grounded.

I move with clarity.

I trust in my rhythm.

Breathe into these words.

Let them anchor you in this moment.

Now bring your awareness to your heart space.

You may wish to place a hand here.

Feel the warmth,

The gentle rhythm,

The life within.

You are whole.

You are enough.

Let this presence you've cultivated remain within you.

Let it walk beside you through your day like a soft companion.

Now slowly begin to move your fingers,

Your toes,

Your shoulders.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

This is your morning.

Your rhythm.

Your light.
