To begin,

Get comfortable on your bed.

And we're going to start by getting both your heart and your brain into coherence.

So the electricity current that runs through both becomes a beautiful sin wave of coherence,

Expanding your electromagnetic field out into the world.

So begin by placing your hand on your heart.

And we're going to breathe in to the count of five and out to the count of five.

And with each breath in,

You'll feel your body relaxing and with each breath out,

All stress,

Worries or tension will be released.

So with your hand on your heart,

Let's begin.

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Breathe out two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Breathe out two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Now that your brain and your heart is in coherence,

I want you to take just a few seconds,

Just to be present in your body.

To listen out for the sounds that you may hear.

The clock ticking in the room.

The birds outside or the wind rustling in the trees,

Bringing you back to the present here and now.

This meditation is a micro moment for morning bliss and always starts the night before.

We can set the intention of how the day is going to unfold.

And to do this,

I want you first to imagine what it would feel like waking up tomorrow morning.

Before you wake up and fully open your eyes,

I'd like you to stretch your body,

Stretching all the muscles like a cat or dog would when they first wake up.

Wiggling those toes,

Stretching out those fingers,

Reaching the arms above the head,

Feeling every fibre of your body coming alive.

We often forget that we have a choice each and every day.

So tomorrow when you wake up,

I want you to choose as your head comes off the pillow,

To remember that you have everything you will ever need within you to take you through the day.

You are an extraordinary being and because you live in the world of the miraculous,

You will experience miracles throughout the day,

Micro moments of pure bliss,

Of being fully present and grateful in a state of gratitude for all that you are,

For all that you have been,

For all that you will become and for everything surrounding you.

This is your micro moment of morning bliss.

So before you close your eyes and fully drift off this evening,

What is your intention for the day ahead?

Is your intention to be grateful,

To be fully present,

To smile more,

To experience more of what life has to offer by setting your intention the night before?

You can set the day up in the way that you wish it to go.

So tomorrow morning,

As you stretch your body,

You will remember your intention and carry it throughout the day.

So now you can drift off to sleep,

Safe in the knowledge that tomorrow will be an extraordinary day.

This is your micro moment of morning bliss.
