This is a piece of music that I hope will create an ambient soundscape of spaciousness and contemplation. I recorded this in our house in Portugal while meditating every day and I hope that the feeling and state of being that I was in is translated in the music. My freind Jeralyn recorded the singing bowls in LA and sent them to me to play flutes to and then I added my guitar on top to give some extra feeling.
This is a wonderful piece that stirs your senses and soul while allowing for a deep sense of relaxation at the same time. This music is an excellent accompaniment for early morning meditation. Thank you!

I use this playlist so much and it just puts me in that sweet theta zone. Definitely recommend for any meditative movement or contemplation practice such as tea, Gene Keys study, yoga or SunDo. ๐๐ผโค๏ธโ๐ฅ
