Quiet Mind

This is a soundscape to transport you deep into your own inner silence. The Shakuhachi has a haunting sound that takes you to the unknown. I made this flute myself from some bamboo in my backyard. The alchemy crystal bowls have a magical effect on calming the nervous system.
