Hello,

This is Carrie at Empowered Within.

And allow yourself to find that peaceful place where you can relax for just a little bit.

Opening the mind,

Quieting the body.

Allow your eyes to close.

Let your attention settle into the body.

Release it.

Allow it to come to the level of sensation in the body.

Not thinking about sensation,

But feeling directly the multiple changing movements of sensation in the body.

Feel the pull of gravity.

Feel the hands that rest so gently.

Feel the presence of being in a body.

Awareness and sensation meeting moment to moment.

Notice the sensations in the chest generated by the process of breathing.

Muscles expanding and contracting.

Notice how breath creates sensation in various parts of the body.

And go to that place within where you are safe and secure.

Loved and adored.

As you allow the whole body to breathe and become alive and awakened.

And within this place of safety and security.

You realize and accept the gateways to wisdom and learning are always open.

And more and more you choose to walk through them.

Barriers,

Blocks,

Obstacles and problems are personal teachers.

Giving you the opportunity to move out of the past and into the totality of possibilities.

As you affirm,

I go beyond barriers to possibilities.

I love stretching my mind,

Thinking of the highest good imaginable.

Your mind can conceive of more good.

As the barriers and blocks dissolve.

Your life becomes full of little miracles popping up out of the blue.

And every now and then you give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing but sit and be open to divine wisdom.

You are a student of life and you love it.

All of the barriers in your life are dissolving.

Dissolving,

Dissolving.

So you can stay in this place as long as you like.

Seeing and feeling all the barriers dissolving.

As you focus on the heart.

For love truly dissolves all barriers.

So go beyond barriers to possibilities and enjoy your life.

So when you are ready to open your eyes,

You will do so easily and effortlessly.

Coming back into this room refreshed and alert and feeling wonderfully good.

Therefore we are complete and this is so.

I found it difficult to understand ur accent and rhythm of voice. But I feel like after a few more sessions of this I'll get it. Interesting background music and sound. I think I'm gonna do this regularly until my barriers are cleared

I don't know what one reviewer was talking about when they said this had audio issues. I loved this meditation! The time flew by and I felt thoroughly relaxed. There were no audio issues at all.
