Hello,
I'm Katie Kay,
And you are listening to a guided meditation for the purpose of filling yourself up with a well of love.
This meditation is not to be used while driving a car or operating machinery.
It is best used when you have the time to lie down and relax and let go and find peace.
Take three deep grounding breaths and close your eyes.
And as you do this,
Notice what it feels like in your body right now.
Are you comfortable and at ease?
Or is there something that needs your attention?
Scan your body,
Your inner self,
And pay attention to all of those places that are actually in your body asking for your attention.
Where are they?
What do they need?
And why are they calling to you?
Slowly take a moment to check in with that first space.
And as you do so,
Imagine that you are filling it with so much love.
And what does that look like?
And what does that feel like?
And how is it changing on the inside and out?
And as you continue,
Move on to the next place and do the same thing.
And the next.
And the next.
Begin to imagine how much love you actually have inside.
What does that feel like?
What does it look like?
Or sound like?
To be so full of love on the inside.
That all of those spaces that were crying out for your attention.
Now,
Feel held and attended to and nurtured.
How does that change you?
How does that change how you feel on the inside and the out?
And what happens when you do this?
Move your attention to your heart.
How does it feel today?
What does it need from you to feel held and supported?
And what can you do in this moment to make a change and support and fill that space with more love?
And as you do it,
Begin to feel as if the lights are coming back on.
The lights in your heart,
Spreading out through your body.
To your fingertips and your toes and the top of your head.
And you are now alive on the inside.
And so full of love.
That you will never again forget that you are made of love.
And that you are worthy of love.
And that you shine with love.
And that you draw in with love.
What does that look like and feel like in your body in this moment?
And how will it change the world?
Forever.
Remember that just by loving yourself for who you are,
You have the power to change the world.
And when you're ready,
Begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Stretch.
Come back into the room.
Not forgetting what you just experienced because it's become a part of you.
And you are alive in this moment to return to the hero now.
