Hey you lovely,
It's Katie here and I'm gonna help you ground down a little bit but before we do that let's take a nice deep breath and let yourself just actually be here.
Today we're going to take some time to soothe that anxiety of yours and I want you to know that you are fully held in this moment and to just let yourself land and feel the warmth and the relief of not having to hold up your entire world on your own.
Right now I'm here with you and you can fully sink into the safety of being held and tended to.
Take a moment to take a deep breath and just soften into the feeling of being held.
Soften into the feeling of not having to do it all yourself,
Of having to hold up your world and all of those big heavy fears all on your own.
In this moment you are held,
You are supported,
And you are safe.
I think sometimes when we feel anxious we start to judge and berate ourselves for feeling what is only natural and normal.
The world we live in today is big and fast and changing and my guess is you're a bit of a sensitive soul and as such you are very very attuned to this speed and this change and sometimes it can feel all too much and when we are hard on ourselves for feeling something that is only natural and normal it just makes it all that much worse.
So you're not wrong for feeling how you feel.
Your body is so innately wise,
Your soul is so innately wise,
And right now all your body and soul are trying to do is help you move a bit of energy and sending you some messages for what it needs.
So the way that you're feeling right now,
This anxiety,
Is absolutely correct right on time and happening just as it's meant to.
What would it feel like in this moment to not resist the anxiety but make some room for it?
I know sometimes that when we have a big emotion and feeling like anxiety coursing through our body it can feel as if the anxiety is much much bigger than we are.
But in truth we are much much bigger than it and we have the support of the entire universe at our backs.
Let yourself sink into the truth of that.
The truth that the entire universe is lovingly standing right behind you,
Supporting you and holding you,
So you might feel strong enough to meet the emotion and the feeling of anxiety.
With gentleness and understanding and courage and in front of you the universe also stands,
Supporting you and holding its hands open to hold whatever you are ready to release.
You are in flow with the universe.
You are in flow with life and you can allow yourself to soften so that the anxiety doesn't become you,
But instead moves through you with grace and ease as it wants to.
Feeling the strong unrelenting support of the universe hold your back as you open up and let the anxiety move around up and out and through you.
Feeling that same loving universe open to receive the anxiety that is ready to leave and release from your body.
It's not just you here.
You're not alone,
Even though I know sometimes it can feel like that.
You have an entire universe at your back,
Standing strong for you when you feel like you can't,
Helping you remember your strength when you've forgotten where you've come from,
And holding you lovingly when you feel like you can't hold yourself.
What message was the anxiety sending you?
What is it trying to tell you?
How long has this anxiety been asking to be seen and released?
What have you forgotten that is true about who you are and what you're capable of?
And what would it feel like to fully accept the feeling of anxiety without trying to change it,
But softening into the energy of it,
Letting it move in and around your body,
Remembering that you are bigger than it,
And that it is just a momentary visitor here to send you a message and offer you some guidance.
I want you to take a moment to remember who you are,
To remember the you that you might have forgotten,
The you that is worthy of love,
The you that is worthy of receiving support,
Who deserves to be held in this life,
And who is capable of that dream that you came here in your heart with.
You can trust the universe,
You can trust yourself,
And you can trust any emotions and feelings that come up in your body.
None of it's wrong,
And all of it is leading you to the place you have been seeking.
All of it is guiding you home.
All we need to remember is to listen and give it room when it comes to speak to us.
Let's take another deep breath,
And put your hand on your heart,
And the other hand on your belly,
And just remember,
You are always held,
You are always seen,
And you are always loved,
And this will be here anytime you might need it again.
