It's time to come to a place where you can awaken your soul and bring fluidity and deep creativity into your work.

You have shown up and that is the hardest part.

So be here with that,

Knowing that you are here,

Alive,

Breathing and ready.

Before you pick up your pen,

Your paintbrush,

Your journal,

Whatever you use to create,

Take a moment to close your eyes.

Start to tap into yourself,

Your breath,

Your existence.

Take a few slow,

Deep breaths to recognize the life and the strength that you carry within yourself.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Notice any colors you see as you close your eyes.

Notice any noise from outside.

Perhaps an inner wrestling that you've only noticed now that the rest of you is still.

Continue with this breath.

Notice its strength,

Its power,

Its ability to keep you alive in this world.

Continue with this breath as you tune into this meditation.

You are a highly creative and capable being.

Your creative work is part of a thread stemming from the journey of life you have embarked upon.

Your past,

Your quests,

Your dreams,

Your experiences and your imperfect moments that you have gathered from being alive.

This is a wonderful,

Brilliant,

Beautiful unfolding story.

Let your work reflect this wondrous journey.

The world needs to see this.

Allow it to manifest into your art,

Into your creations as a way to connect with other human beings.

Sharing your depth inspires others to do so as well.

And what a beautiful legacy that is to inspire others to create,

To be vulnerable and alive and willing.

There will be fear alongside you.

Doubt may creep in.

Negative voices in your head.

The inner critic will rise up the moment you think about putting your work into the world.

Let all of this exist.

But dear creative,

Don't let these things stop you.

They only appear because they realize you are doing something that may be scary or new or different or incredibly powerful.

They are there to remind you that you are stretching and growing.

And that is a spectacular thing.

Lean into vulnerability.

Allow yourself to be bold and brave because you are the author of your life,

Your art and your creative work.

You are in charge.

The world becomes so bright,

So colorful when we all show up as our whole imperfect creative selves.

Each of us is unique and different,

In original,

Just as our creative work is.

Allow it to all be seen.

The layers,

The blemishes,

The depth,

The hurt,

The brave and the tattered,

Torn and tired parts.

It is one life after all that we have.

Allow what you create to have that level of meaning.

Know that you are deeply creative,

That you are capable and courageous,

And you are so worthy of showing up fully.

Come back to that breath.

Breathe in hope and color and life.

Breathe out restlessness and worry.

You are here as a maker,

A creative,

An artist and a human,

Alive in this world.

Now let your time today be a gift,

A gorgeous opening of what your soul needs to get out and into the world.

It's time now to create.
