This Guided Body Scan Inner Journey is customized and created for your Inner Exploration Journey. Create a time and space, perhaps 2 hours before bed or a day that you do not have anything planned for a few hours. Allowing space for integration and to reflect of what came forward. Having handy with you a notebook right beside you so that when your Journey closes you can make notes of your Inner Journey.

Just finding yourself getting comfortable in where you are at.
Noticing all of the places that the surface meets the different parts of your body.
And as you feel yourself supported and where you are at.
Notice where your breath is.
Noticing all of the places where your breath meets the different parts of your body.
Notice where your breath goes as you breathe in and where your breath goes as you breathe out.
And just noticing how your breath is almost like a bridge between your outer world and your inner world.
With each and every breath.
Just noticing how you draw more and more closely into your inner world.
And as you take that next deep breath.
You begin to feel even more and more relaxed and even closer into your inner world.
For we are now going to be taking a journey into that place in your inner world.
Where everything that you have ever known or felt or sensed or imagined is recorded.
And we are taking a journey to this place within you to connect with the part of yourself that has only your highest good as its sole intent.
This may be sensed in a variety of ways.
For you may hear it.
You may see it.
You may even feel it.
Perhaps even smell it.
Or may just be aware of it through your sixth sense.
Now taking in that next full and relaxing breath and sense or feel or imagine that there is relaxation all around you.
Feeling safe,
Calm and fully relaxed.
Now on your next breath draw this sense of relaxation throughout your entire body.
Where your breath becomes a complete wave of relaxation.
Using every muscle,
Nerve and even down to every fingertip and toes.
Allowing this feeling of relaxation to flow down into your chest,
Your belly and down into your hips,
Your knees.
Down down into your ankles and feet.
Now on your next breath try to sense,
Feel or imagine how your breath has created this wave of relaxation that it begins to ease your mind,
Harmonizing your brain waves and relaxing your mind.
And just notice how as your mind relaxes your body relaxes.
And as your body relaxes your mind relaxes even more.
Just allowing yourself to sense the connection between your mind and your body as this relaxation flows down your spine vertebrae by vertebrae.
Now just feel this relaxation flowing all the way down the back of your body.
All the way down to your feet.
You may even feel that you are so filled with relaxation that it is coming out of the pores of your body,
Surrounding you in a cocoon or cloud of soothing gentle energy.
And as you find yourself supported this way,
Feeling relaxed,
Supported and safe.
On your next breath begin to call in your inner guides,
Specifically a guide that will join you within this inner journey of your body scan,
An inner guide that is here only for your highest healing good.
Calling in your guide for it may show up as an angel,
An ancestor,
A mythical being or some other form that has special significance to you.
For this guide we'll be joining you to continue to journey within the depths of your body.
And as you take in this next full deep in breath,
Feeling and sensing,
Noticing the shift of energy that is around you,
The energy that will be supporting you as we dive in within your body,
Within your inner world,
Where your guide will be right beside you.
And notice what side your guide is at.
And as you take in this next in breath,
Begin to bring your breath down into your chest,
Filling up your lungs,
Inhaling some more,
Passing it through your abdomen,
Your hips,
Down to the bottoms of your feet,
Where your breath has now been created as a wave of relaxation,
A wave that is now joined with your inner guide.
And as you take in that next in breath,
Feeling up the lungs,
But breathing through your nostrils,
Feeling the wave of your breath guiding you,
Bringing into your awareness what needs to be seen,
To be seen within your upper channels,
Your head,
Your face,
The base of your skull,
And as you breathe into this space,
Noticing what may need a little bit more breath and attention.
And as you notice here,
Bringing your guide into this space,
Where your guide assists you to see even further within this space.
And your next in breath,
Breathing in into the back of your neck,
Underneath your chin,
Into your throat,
Feeling your breath,
Where your breath is relaxing your muscles and your nerves,
Feeling and noticing what is it that arises within this area.
And breathing even deeper,
Knowing that you have your guide right beside you to assist you and to bring into your awareness of what it is that arises.
On your next in breath,
Knowing that your guide has been tending to these areas,
Breathing in even deeper,
Down into your chest,
Into your heart space,
Into your lungs,
Into your heart,
And noticing what arises as your breath joins with your guide into this space.
And as you take in that next in breath,
Knowing that your guide has brought in awareness,
Love,
For you to see and notice what arises within this area.
Taking another nice deep in breath and bringing your breath down into your solar plexus,
Your sacral,
Your abdomen.
Breathing in fully and bringing in your guide as your breath flows deeply down into your solar plexus,
Your sacral,
And into your abdomen.
And as your guide joins your breath within this area,
Bringing into your awareness,
Bringing its presence and groundedness,
Sharing with you what it is that your guide sees that your breath notices.
And another nice deep in breath and breathing down,
Down into your root,
Into your hips,
Into your lower part of your body.
And as you bring your breath down to your root,
Your guide joins your breath,
Or your breath brings into further awareness,
Insight,
Where your guide shines light and presence and what is here.
And as you take in your next deep in breath,
Guided by your inner guide,
Where your breath has brought in more light and presence,
Where your guide brought in into your awareness,
What may need further attention,
Love,
And groundedness,
Breathing in even further and deeper,
Guiding your breath down,
Down through your legs,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Down through the bottoms of your feet.
And as your breath guides you and as your inner guide joins your breath,
You may notice specific areas that your guide points out that may need an additional breath,
Additional attention.
So breathing in even deeper and fully as your guide guides you within your lower channels.
And as you take in your next deep in breath,
Knowing that your guide has guided you,
You can take a deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
Deep breath out,
Deep breath out,
Deep breath in,
Deep in breath,
Where your breath becomes a full clearing wave of waters passing throughout your entire body,
From head to your neck,
Down to your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your hips,
Down to the bottoms of your feet,
As if your guide has been flowing through your inner waters,
Identifying all the parts that would like to be seen for this moment,
Providing it presence and ease,
Providing further security and comfort,
Where these parts of you has always been there,
But is now being seen with your inner guide and with your breath.
So as you take in this next in breath,
Keeping in mind and heart that this journey throughout your inner world continues with every conscious breath.
Now as you begin to fully bring yourself into a space of full on presence with your breath,
Knowing that you will remember every single thing that has been seen,
Noticed and shared,
Taking a nice full deep in breath,
Filling up the lungs,
Filling up your chest,
Bringing you fully into your entire body,
Grounding you,
Knowing that everything and all things that has been seen and shared and communicated as a journey that continues within your journey of healing,
Of growing and of evolving and trusting the journey as you continue to bring further presence,
So taking a nice full deep in breath and knowing that as you come back into this space,
Into this room,
You remember all things,
Bringing you back into this time,
Into this lifetime,
Knowing that your journey of healing continues as you continue to bring further presence and love and action through your growth,
Trusting every single journey,
Every single step that you have taken,
Embracing your inner guide,
Thanking your guide for the guidance and assistance,
Thanking spirit for all that has been seen and revealed,
Bringing you back,
Back into this space,
Into this room with a nice deep in breath and fully exhaling and knowing that your journey continues.
