Now call to your team of angels and spirit guides to help you cleanse your energy fields so that you may brightly shine and step into being of service at a higher level.

Now imagine in your mind golden orb of light above your head,
Tune into that.
Shining down,
Surrounding you with a shower of golden light.
Breathe into your heart,
Allowing this golden light to fill you up and expand into every part of you.
Feel the warmth,
The tingling.
Visualize this orb spinning around your body,
Unlocking anything from your energy field you no longer need.
