Slowly allowing you to feel fully at peace.
Taking a deep breath,
Smell the fresh,
Clean air filling your lungs and relaxing your chest and your heart.
Feel the clean,
Fresh air moving in and out.
And feel it moving into your chest and your lungs and slowing your heart and your body.
Breathing out slowly and fully.
Now that you are feeling fully warm and relaxed,
Imagine moving through the peaceful forest.
What can you hear?
Can you hear the soft chirps of little birds singing in the trees?
Can you hear them calling to you and welcoming you into the beautiful forest?
What colors are your little birds in your tall,
Tall trees?
Are they red or yellow or blue or many different colors?
Take some time to listen carefully to the sounds of your birds calling to you gently and inviting you to be friends with them in your peaceful,
Magical forest.
Notice the beautiful colors of your birds.
Notice their soft,
Shining feathers as they sing gently from the tall,
Beautiful trees.
Allow yourself to move slowly and peacefully,
Walking forward through the thick,
Green grass of the forest floor.
Notice the soft tickle of the grass on your bare toes and that your feet are relaxed and peaceful as you feel the soft,
Green grass on the bottoms of your feet.
Walking around in your beautiful forest,
See if you can notice a feeling of kindness in your heart.
Kindness and love for the tall,
Peaceful trees,
For the warm,
Twinkling sunlight,
For the soft,
Gentle grass.
Kindness and love for the little birds and for the big,
Green leaves on the trees shifting in the slow,
Warm breeze.
Can you imagine someone you love being with you in your peaceful forest?
And feel that warm feeling in your chest of love and kindness for that person.
Notice the feeling of being safe and protected in your quiet,
Peaceful forest.
Notice the feeling of warmth and gentleness in your heart.
Imagine each of the friends you have made in this magical place.
