
Healing Relaxation For Deep Peace
Melt into peace or slide into sleep with this deeply relaxing guided meditation journey on the breath with the gentle sound of rain and soft music to help you unwind. Make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down.

This is Catherine Ellion Hope and this is a relaxation meditation so that you can find peace in the daytime or listen at night time so that you simply slide into sleep.
So to begin relax back into a comfortable position either sitting in a chair supported by cushions so that you're able just to lean back and close your eyes in comfort or make sure that you are comfortable in bed and just move your body until you can completely relax into the pose that you find yourself.
Make any little adjustments until you find a place of repose.
Now begin to breathe deeply breathing in from the base of your spine up to the topmost point of your head and then breathing out all the way down to your toes and just feel this cyclical breath moving up and down something like the tide of the sea so just allow the breath to wash through you as you begin to follow it bringing your thoughts back to your breath when they wander.
So relax and release gently with each breath relaxing each part of your body allowing that deep relaxation to flow through your toes your feet,
Your ankles delicious breath warmly washing through your thighs and shins into your knees into your knees and relax and release moving that flowing breath into your thighs your hips your buttocks relax and release letting go of any tension breathing into your belly allowing it to become soft and relaxed into your lower back relax and release there moving up into your middle back and breathing in to your solar plexus relaxing and releasing with each out breath and allow the feeling of relaxation to move into your upper back spreading out over your shoulders down your forearms into your elbows your lower arms and your hands each of your fingers relaxing releasing letting go allowing your body to become heavy leaning in to the support beneath you breathing into your chest and lungs filling them with breath as you relax even more taking the breath up into your neck the occipital area up into your scalp over into your forehead relaxing and releasing each area letting the warmth of your breath to move into your eyes your cheeks your nose your jaw your tongue your ears filling the whole of your head the whole of your head with deep relaxing breath feeling that deep relaxation running through your neck into your shoulders and filling the whole of your body with deep releasing relaxing breath now move your attention to your feet just for a moment be appreciative of your feet the feet that have carried you throughout the day and imagine that there are roots moving from your feet down into the floor down further into the earth the rock,
The waterways on down past the roots of trees deep into the earth's crust right down to the centre of the earth to the central earth crystal this deep magnifying nourishing energy and you connect your roots to this crystal and allow this beautiful earthy energy to move up through the roots back up all the way to your feet and allow that deep earthy energy to penetrate into each area of your feet your toes,
Your ankles,
The soles and your upper feet this beautiful deep warm energy moves up through your legs all the way up to the base of your spine to your root chakra allowing you to feel connected and grounded with the earth and just for a moment focus on that deep earthy warm red energy allowing it to expand and breathe at the base of your spine feeling that deep nourishing energy moving into your abdomen spreading with its warmth its nurturing healing energy right throughout that area now as you sit or lie in this relaxed place I want you to imagine that there's a beautiful golden light hovering above you and this beautiful golden light feels very healing very loving and the light very gently moves to the top most point of your head and softly moves down to coat your head and face in golden light and very gently this light moves in right inside your mind and brain soothing your thoughts,
Soothing your mind touching you inwardly with a soft graceful warming light wherever this light settles you simply let go and wherever it goes it's healing so the light moves down over your face into your neck and shoulders penetrating into every cell healing,
Allowing it to become whole,
Balanced softly,
Gently filtering into every particle of your body breathing it into wholeness and the light moves down into your chest area your heart,
Your lungs and just feel that gentle softness allowing you to surrender and let go and the light moves down each arm all the way down to your hands it's as if you're holding this golden light in your hands and it penetrates each finger deeply into the palms of your hands to become heavy,
To surrender and relax and you can move that light into any areas where there's pain or discomfort and feel that beautiful sense of serenity and healing and the light continues on through your upper back sliding down into your middle back and lower back into your solar plexus and your belly,
Filling you with this golden healing light moving down into your hips,
Your buttocks your thighs,
Your knees your lower legs and your feet filling you with this beautiful golden light and as you feel this light filling you inside out your body simply drops into the earth letting go,
Held,
Supported relaxed,
Contained and from within you feel your inner being wrapping you in love and your inner being whispers to you as you lie or sit totally relaxed comfortable,
Contained,
Wrapped in love and your inner being whispers you are deeply cherished and loved you are ready for all you desire to come to you now you are peace,
You are trust you are whole,
You are confident and calm you are wise,
You are beloved so simply receive and allow breathing,
Breathing like gentle water filling you,
Containing you so your body is breathed for you and you are contained by your inner being who loves you,
Supports you,
Guides you and takes care of you so allow yourself to follow the breath as we come to the end of this meditation music playing music playing music playing music playing music playing music playing music playing music playing
