This is an energy work practice that anchors you into the earth, providing stability in your physical body and the energy field around the body. There are crystal alchemy sound bowls accompanying the guidance. This practice is designed specifically for highly sensitive people.

Greetings,

My name is Kate from Etheric Tuning.

At Etheric Tuning we create practices and tuning forks specifically designed for the highly sensitive person.

In this practice we're going to be working with a grounding cord.

This is more energy work than it is a meditation.

And the grounding cord is fundamental to our energetic hygiene.

Many of us are floating around the earth disconnected from the earth mother.

We forget that we are made of the earth,

We come from the earth and when we anchor in energetically we allow so much more stability into our system.

So let's go ahead and play and create with this grounding cord.

I invite you first to ask your body.

In this moment how would it like to practice this energy work exercise?

You could sit,

You could stand,

You can lie down.

Just honor the wisdom of your body and how it wants to practice in this moment.

Maybe next time you choose a different position.

So settling into that space that you choose to practice in today if you need to press pause feel free.

So we're going to close the external eyes and turn inward.

You could also keep a low gaze if closing the eyes doesn't feel right for you.

We're just moving from the physical into the subtle,

Into this internal space.

Let's create a circle of protection around the body to practice in.

So you could draw this circle with any kind of light.

It could have a specific color,

It could be moonlight,

It could be fire.

Use any material,

Feathers,

Bricks.

Just creating your own little cocoon to practice in.

And now deliberately bringing attention to your breath.

Giving yourself about seven breaths.

Each breath allowing yourself to settle and arrive to this space.

Inviting in the felt sensation of calm into the body through this breath.

Softening the body,

Relaxing any areas of tension.

And now beginning to send your awareness down to the core of the earth.

Really tuning into the core of the earth.

What does it look like?

Is there a sound?

Is there a feeling or a felt sense that this grounding cord creates in the body?

Perhaps there's a smell or even a taste engaging the five main senses with the core of the earth.

And now begin to create an earth-colored grounding cord that moves from the core of the earth up many,

Many,

Many miles.

This grounding cord meets you right on the land that you are located on.

If you're inside,

This grounding cord comes up through the floor and meets you right at your body at the two centers of the feet and then the base of the spine.

So really feeling into the center of the right foot where the grounding cord attaches and the center of the left foot where the grounding cord attaches and the base of the spine.

Does this grounding cord attach right at the base of the spine?

It's a little bit wider,

Perhaps as wide as the sit bones or even wider than the hips.

However you see it,

However you feel it.

Anchored into the earth,

Nourished and supported.

This grounding cord is anchoring you into the present moment timeline.

And this grounding cord is the receptacle for any energy that needs to be let go of,

Renewed,

Recharged,

Recycled.

The energy is just going to effortlessly move down the grounding cord,

Be transmuted and recycled by the earth.

Bringing awareness to the heart center,

To the space of the heart,

And begin to cultivate a felt sense of gratitude in the heart center.

Gratitude for the support that is unconditional,

Never takes a day off,

Your deepest reverence.

This grounding cord practice is now complete.

Welcoming you to stay in this space for as long as you'd like.

Maybe blinking your eyes open,

Introducing a little bit of movement to the body.

How does it feel to be held and supported by the earth?

You can create as many grounding cords as you want throughout the day,

And you can always return to this recording,

To this practice.
