I will now lead you in a guided meditation.

Get yourself into a comfortable position and relax.

Imagine yourself walking along a forest path.

You can hear the twigs and the branches crunching beneath your feet.

Smell the forest,

Taking a long deep breath of this revitalising forest air.

You become aware of tiny droplets of rain gently falling on your face.

It feels good and refreshing.

You can see the sun through the trees and it feels warm upon your face.

The rain is falling slightly harder now.

It feels so good and refreshing.

As if it were cleansing you,

Washing away the troubles and the cares of the day.

Leaving you feeling very positive,

Clear and refreshed.

As the rain falls even harder,

You look up to see a rainbow in a clearing in the forest.

The colours are beautiful,

So vibrant,

So alive and glowing.

You start to walk towards the rainbow,

Breathing deeply with every step you take.

Breathing in all the colours of the rainbow.

You can see the rainbow's end just ahead of you on your path.

You carry on walking towards it,

Still breathing in those beautiful colours.

You now find yourself standing in the rainbow's end.

Now you can actually feel the colours on your body.

Notice how each colour has a different energy,

A different vibration.

There is no healing and energising.

Take in all the colours.

Breathe in deeply and fill your body with rainbow light.

You are now ready to travel on the rainbow.

You begin to feel yourself being gently lifted up to the rainbow's highest point,

Absorbing all the colours on the way.

When you reach the top of the rainbow,

You find waiting for you your own fluffy white flower,

Waiting to take you wherever you desire to go.

You are now ready to travel on the rainbow's highest point.

Your cloud is now floating gently back down towards the earth.

And you can see the top of the rainbow where your cloud first appeared.

As your cloud touches this highest point of the rainbow,

Get off your cloud and slide down the rainbow.

Back down to the forest where you began your journey.

You land gently onto a pile of soft green grass and leaves.

Now take a couple of deep breaths and slowly become aware of your body.

As you come back,

You bring with you the colours of the rainbow which is now beginning to fade.

As the rainbow slowly disappears,

You return to your normal waking reality.

You are now ready to travel on the rainbow's highest point.
