Any heaviness,
Any lingering emotions,
Any stories that feel ready to be released.
You don't need to analyse them,
Just acknowledge them.
Breathe in deeply,
And as you exhale imagine that light within your heart dissolving any tension,
Any weight,
Like warm sunlight melting ice.
Inhale love,
Exhale letting go.
Inhale forgiveness,
Exhale release.
Affirm within,
I am safe to let go.
