For the purpose of this exercise and the best results I will use term past lives.
This is not to make a statement that those exist but to increase their results from this exercise which is unifying the feminine and masculine within you.
Let's start.
Close your eyes and take a three deep breaths.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,

Keep breathing in your natural rhythm.
Now imagine a flight of stars going down.
Take a step into the stars.
Now go down the stairs.
Ten,
Nine,
Each step taking you deeper and deeper.
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Going deeper and deeper.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Going deeper and deeper.
Two,
One.
At the bottom of the flight of stars you see a door.
Notice the door,
How big it is.
Notice the shape and color and texture of the door and the handle.
Now move towards the door.
Open the door and walk inside.
You find yourself alone in the middle of the room.
Notice how big the room is,
What it looks like inside the room.
The floor you are standing on,
The ceiling over your head.
Notice the lighting in the room.
Familiarize yourself with the room.
Take a deep three breaths.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale and exhale.
Now see men walking into the room.
All the men that you were in your past lives.
The lives you lived in a man's body.
Let them all come into the room and stand in the one row.
Expand the room if you need to.
Take a deep breath.
Inhale,

Exhale.
Stand in front of the first man.
Notice who he is,
What life he's living,
What profession he's doing,
Who he is in his life,
What he has done to women.
Feel the loving light in your heart,
In your mind,
And your pussy.
Send this light to him.
And now say the following out loud.
Please forgive me.

Receive him fully.
Let him into your body.
Let him stay in your body.
Embrace him fully.

Stand in front of the second man.
Notice who he is,

Feel the loving light in your heart,
