Welcome soul family.

Thank you for joining me today.

Let us come into a comfortable position.

Whether you are sitting or laying down,

Allow yourself to begin to relax as we come together in prayer.

If you are sitting,

Your feet are a hip distance apart,

Firmly rooted,

Back is straight,

Hands on your thighs,

Finding your own comfortable seated position.

If you are lying down,

Your feet are uncrossed,

Hip distance apart,

Hands by your side,

A few inches away from your body,

Finding your comfortable laying position while gently closing your eyes.

Bringing your awareness to your heart center,

Located in the center of your chest.

Your center of love.

Of compassion.

Your center of light.

Focusing on your heart.

Focusing on love.

You can even bring one of your hands on your heart center.

Your sacred hand.

Just noticing how your hand feels on your chest.

As you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Letting your hand,

Your sacred hand of giving and receiving to bring comfort to your chest.

Allowing yourself to gently open your heart.

To receive and to share the love that you are.

The love you have within yourself.

To share with yourself and with others.

Sending love and prayers of safety and well-being to ourselves.

To those we love.

And to the world as a whole.

For we are all one.

Sending compassion to ourselves,

To others,

To the world.

Compassion through what we go through.

What others that we love and that the world goes through.

For all of our journeys,

Our soul's journey is not always easy.

There's a lot of challenge.

Pain.

Sadness throughout our journey.

But there's also a lot of love and a lot of beautiful blessings that we are blessed with.

Whether it be our family,

Our careers,

Our friends.

We are blessed.

Just looking at the sky,

The stars,

The moon,

The sun.

Feeling the breeze against our cheeks.

Seeing our majestic trees.

Hearing the birds.

All these are blessings.

Blessings of life.

Blessings of love.

In order for us to know what joy feels like,

We also have to know what sadness feels like.

Our challenges are lessons that help us grow and evolve.

In every step of the way,

The divine is with us.

The divine walks in front of us,

Behind us,

By our side.

The divine carries us.

We are not alone in our journey.

Let's pray for humanity.

For ourselves and those we love.

That they may always feel protected.

That they may always feel watched over.

That we may always feel loved.

For we are not alone.

I send you all blessings of love,

Of peace,

Of strength.

You are divine beings.

You are all my soul family.

Blessings to you all.
