Using laughter every day is an excellent way to lift your spirits and to raise your vibration.

You don't really need anything funny to laugh at.

Just laugh for the sake of laughing.

Good belly laughs.

It gets your diaphragm going and the endorphins flowing.

So let's give it a try and you laugh with me.

Laughter Very good.

Now let's try again and let's play with it a little bit.

Try some high laughs and some low laughs.

Find your best laugh.

Ready?

Laughter Laughter Very good.

Laughing joyfully brings you into the present moment.

It only takes a couple minutes a day and you can do it anywhere.

You could do it driving on the way to work.

You could laugh in the shower.

You can even be out in public holding your phone and laughing as if someone is telling you a joke.

Laughing is contagious so it's always fun to laugh with other people.

Let's try.

That was hilarious! So much fun! I'm working on learning how to regulate my nervous system and I know laughter is good, but I've been extremely ill for a long time. Things that used to make me laugh, just don't anymore. I have tried just laughing on my own for practice, but with limited results. You mentioned here that laughter is contagious and it's fun to laugh with others. Once I got going with laughing along with you, when you stopped, I just kept laughing! I was a little scared because it felt sort of out of control. But, this is fantastic! I will definitely use this again. Thank you so much!

I'm struggling with joy in my life. Laughing for 3 minutes is an easy practice but I have to force myself to do it. I'm grateful for this meditation which is not really a meditation but an action.

Really enjoyed this. My only critique is the abruptness that the prerecorded laughter ended with. It sort of took me out of the moment, but I otherwise really liked this one.
