We sometimes wake up in the morning and our worries and our concerns and some of the shifting nighttime thoughts are present with us.

The purpose of this meditation is to let that go,

To bring forth your confidence,

Your love,

Your next steps so that you can move forward into your day with a sense of lightheartedness,

Clarity of intention,

And confidence.

Find the most comfortable position for your body,

Closing your eyes.

Take a few slow comfortable breaths and just scanning from the top of your head down to your neck for any tension and let that go.

A few more breaths,

Scanning from your neck to your belly,

Scanning for any tension,

Letting that go.

Scanning from your belly to your toes,

Letting go of any tension that you notice.

Begin to see each breath as a waking up,

As a bringing forth of light into the body,

Of a letting go of the nighttime.

And then direct your breath,

Your awareness,

This light into your heart.

Breathing in and out of your heart,

Bringing forth gratitude.

Turning on an inner light and this heart light begins to glow.

Whatever color you see,

What other images that you see,

Allow those.

Thoughts may come and go,

Sensations may come and go.

Keep returning to your heart,

Being open to what you see,

What you feel,

What you hear.

And this glowing light of your unique heart begins to shine in many different directions.

But we're focusing on the way the light shines up through your throat,

Right up into your forehead,

Opening,

Awakening your third eye,

Your inner knowing,

Your inner vision.

And then a light turns on,

Literally shining out from your forehead.

So from your heart up through your third eye,

A beaming of light,

A clarity,

A trust in your forward path today.

This path may wind.

There may be surprises,

But you always know you have this love,

This inner glow,

This light available to you and shining forth.
