Ocean Stream, Guitar, and Drone

I just returned from Northern California where I collected some grounding sounds of the ocean, and flowing water. One of the ways I meditate is by playing the guitar, letting go of my conscious mind in an attempt to be an open channel. I let my fingers go where they will, and allow the sounds to come through. This is a recording of one such 10 minute guitar mediation over sounds of an ocean stream I recorded, and a drone. I hope you find it serves you in your journey.
