Mychal Mills

Mychal Mills is a poet, spoken word artist, sound practitioner, yoga teacher, and co-founder of the organization KYDS.  Last year, Mychal released his first book of poetry, Journey Inn.  He has featured at several poetry readings along the Jersey Shore.  Mychal co-founded of KYDS (Konscious Youth Development & Service) in 2014.  KYDS is a holistic organization focusing on bringing balance to youth and adults through the body, mind and soul.
