Since I started to use a quick chakra meditation, daily - each day a different chakra (if there’s no inside need / gut to focus on a specific one)... since that, my motivation routine such as the connection to the higher self and therefore also the astral realms... have highly improved. 😍 And I do not mean it in ego but from a completely new state of beeing fully inspired from inside☯️ Thanks for this!!!🤗..because your quick meditations have helped me, in developing what I’ve mentioned, here above.
