A wonderful, lovely & effective piece! I’m going to be listening to this track daily- more than once a day!- & adding it to my bedtime playlist as well (it left me so relaxed, & in such a better place, emotionally, that I had to actively catch myself to refrain from blissfully drifting off)! While I’m certain it required compiling & positioning countless layers of carefully, expertly selected & crafted sound & music, in order to compose; to my ears (those of someone who is not a musician), there seemed to be a beautiful simplicity to the music. Without alarming my consciousness (& giving it time to resist), it drew me away & detached me from my thoughts & distractions. As a captivated guest of the music, I was unaware of how thoroughly calming it was. Without my conscious knowledge or effort, my pulse & breathing were tamed & evened out, & it genuinely soothed the anxiety, insecurities, & other painful emotions, which recent circumstances have heightened within me- making me all the more appreciative of the respite this track provides. In addition to taking my consciousness on a calming journey (apparently to dopamine, serotonin, &/or endorphin-releasing centers of my brain🤷🏻‍♀️☺️), the binaural beat itself was at a perfect pace & blended with a excellent level of subtlety: it didn’t distract from the other music by being jolting or abrasive, but I could still find & follow it easily. Which helps assure me that it’s actually there (& hopefully reaching & encouraging the growth/slowing the breakdown of healthy communication & synchronization between the 2 hemispheres of my brain). Clearing hearing that beat is also important to me because it provides a rhythm for doing “self-administered” EMDR (I find that even doing EMDR behind closed eyelids, is beneficial). Thank you for creating & sharing this, & all of your other tracks! It’s definitely a new favorite binaural track for me. & though I like that it’s short enough to be used when I only have a few minutes to center myself, my only complaint is that I enjoy it so much that I wish there was a longer version too!🙂 Thank you!🙏🏼👍🏼❤️
