And this is your guided higher self activation.

So please don't drive,

Don't operate heavy machinery,

And don't walk while listening to this.

However,

Get in a comfortable position seated or lying down.

Or if you really prefer,

In the bath.

Get comfortable,

Get situated.

Okay,

Let's get started.

Now,

Close your eyes and breathe deep through your nose,

Inhaling and expanding your belly and your chest and hold at the top.

And now release,

Open exhale.

Feel your lungs drain out all that stagnant air.

Keep breathing in this pattern.

Inhale slowly in through your nose.

Hold at the top and exhale.

And with each breath,

Feel your body softening,

Loosening and slipping deeper into relaxation.

And just listen to the sound of my voice as I guide you.

Not because you have to,

Not because you need to,

But because you want to.

You have showed up for yourself today.

Let it be magical.

You're exactly where you need to be.

You are safe and whole as you are.

And this time is just for you.

Keep breathing with your eyes closed.

That's right.

If you feel that your mind wanders,

Just gently observe and bring it back.

Don't judge,

Don't make yourself wrong.

Just bring it back and continue on.

That's right.

Take one more deep breath.

Now I want you to float out of your body.

See yourself sitting or lying there in that beautiful,

Strong,

Healthy body of yours and think it.

Think your body.

Think it for all its amazingness,

All the things it does for you automatically.

Think it for being strong.

Thank you for being healthy.

Thank you for it choosing you.

Now continue to float above your body,

Up out of the house,

Up into the sky,

Out of the city,

Out of the state,

Out of the country.

Keep floating up,

Up,

Up,

Up into the Earth's atmosphere.

That's right.

Look at the Earth in all its beautiful glory,

All the blues and green,

All the clouds and the water covering it.

Isn't it beautiful?

Keep floating up,

Out into the cosmos,

Into the Milky Way and all the galaxies.

And as you look around,

You're filled with awe.

It's not hot,

It's not cold.

It's quiet,

It's calm,

It's safe and you're exactly where you're meant to be.

Take a deep breath and exhale.

That's right.

Now continue breathing at a pace that's comfortable for you.

And just float in this cosmos,

Marveling at all the colors of the stars and the galaxies and all its glorious safety,

All its calm and peace,

Welcoming you,

Holding you.

As you look out in front of you,

You see this beautiful,

Sparkling white gold light,

This orb coming closer to you and expanding as it comes closer.

Wonderful at how it shines and shimmers.

So beautiful.

As it comes just in front of you,

You see your higher self.

So beautiful,

So pristine,

So magical.

And your higher self reaches out and envelops you in their arms.

And you are filled with such divine love,

Such divine gratitude in these wonderful ethereal arms that envelop you in this gold white light,

Shimmering,

Sparkling energy,

Activating every cell,

Every tissue,

Every particle,

Every bone,

Every organ of who you are.

Shimmering light into the darkness,

Burning away all the fear,

All the doubt,

All the confusion,

Shimmering it away.

And it feels so good to have that light within you,

Burning away all the pains and traumas.

Shimmering,

So divinely activating,

Purifying and cleansing you,

Activating your rainbow light body,

Activating your diamond light body,

Activating your energetic membrane,

Restoring you to optimum health.

And your higher self leans its forehead into yours,

Touching,

Activating your third eye,

Activating your intuition,

Activating that divine direct communication between higher self and you and your intuition and your self trust and your self love and your self belief are now activated to its divine entity,

Its divine whole state.

Surrender and receive,

Receive this activation.

Let it click in.

Keep receiving the divine love,

Being held in such safety.

Remember who you are,

Who you were born to be.

Even if you aren't aware of it,

You will become aware,

Whether it's in your dreams or later.

Receive it now.

Trust.

It's perfect.

Take another deep breath and exhale.

Now your divine self has removed its forehead from yours and released its embrace and it faces you now smiling,

Activating your heart center with your divine self heart center.

See it glow in this beautiful pink gold light shimmering out from your higher heart,

Your heart chakra and expanding.

See it expand.

Activating your ability to receive love,

To be love,

To share love,

To give love,

Activating your whole body.

That's right.

Your higher self smiles at you,

Thanking you for receiving,

Thanking you for showing up,

Thanking you for asking for this divine activation.

You feel so safe,

So seen,

So heard,

So loved.

And that's exactly how you're meant to feel.

This is your true being.

This is who you are in all your glory.

Your divine self steps back into that beautiful white gold orb and now it floats away and starts to shrink.

And you think your higher self as your higher self thanks you,

Sending each other love and gratitude.

And it's now time for you to return as well.

It's time for you to return back,

Back down through the cosmos,

Float back down through the Milky Way,

Back down towards the Earth's atmosphere.

Looking at this beautiful planet and thinking Mother Earth,

Flow back down through the clouds,

Back down over your country,

Over your state,

Into your city,

Your town,

Into your house,

Back into your room,

And back over your body,

Into your body.

Will your toes and fingers and gently flutter your eyes open at a pace that's comfortable for you and come back into the room.
