Welcome everyone to this guided meditation.
Take a moment to make yourself comfortable whether that be lying down or sitting up tall,
Keeping your spine long in whichever position you choose to take today.
Once you are comfortable gently closing the eyes or finding a soft gaze.
Take a moment to bring your attention inwards,
Acknowledging your body,
Your home.
Taking a big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Taking another big deep breath in through the nose and letting everything go with a sigh.
Take some time now to move your attention around your body,
Noticing anywhere you may be feeling tension,
Anxiety or a sense of stuckness.
I invite you today to let go,
Relaxing the muscles of the face,
The jaw,
The back of the neck,
The throat,
Relaxing the shoulders into the ground or down away from the head.
Relaxing the chest,
Feeling your energy open,
Relaxing the muscles of the stomach,
The abdominals,
The pelvic floor,
Finding softness in your body,
Your beautiful healthy home.
Breathing through the hips,
The glutes,
The thighs relax,
The knees unlock and fall heavy to the ground.
The calves relax,
Bringing your attention to the muscles of the feet,
Giving yourself permission to be perfectly relaxed in this moment.
For in this moment you are safe,
Safe and loved in your body.
Take a big deep breath,
Filling the belly with air and let everything go with a sigh.
Once more taking a big deep breath in through the belly,
Feeling it expand and let everything go with a sigh.
Placing both hands,
One on top of the other,
On the centre of the chest into your heart space.
Bringing your attention to this place,
This loving centre of your body.
Repeating after me out loud if you can.
I connect to love.
I honour myself and love my body.

I invite health and wellness into my energetic space.

Take a big deep breath in through the nose and breathe out fully.
Taking some time now to connect to your heart space.
Feeling this space,
Feeling a sense of openness and connection to the love that you have for yourself,
For the love that you have for those in your life,
For the love that you have for the world.
In times of uncertainty,
When we feel out of control or anxious,
We tend to disconnect from our heart space.
We disconnect from the universal love that we have access to.
I invite you to come home.
Bring your awareness back to love.
Back to your heart space,
Back to your home.
Noticing any sensations,
Emotions,
Feelings or thoughts that arise in this moment.
There are no right thoughts or wrong thoughts to feel.
Greet everything with a loving,
Open heart.
Continuing to breathe deeply into this space.
Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.
Continuing to find softness in your body.
Continuing to connect to love.
Maybe even raising the corners of the mouth into a smile.
Finding gratitude for all that you are and all that you have.
Slowly moving your hands down towards the centre of your belly.
Once more,
One hand over the top of the other,
A couple of inches above the belly button.
Your hands connecting to your solar plexus,
Your energetic centre,
Your power centre.
Breathing deeply into this space.
Noticing as you breathe in,
The hands rise with the belly.
And as you breathe out,
The hands lower back down.
I invite you to connect back to your power.
For when we are connected to our power,
When we make decisions and act from a place of love,
We are unstoppable.
When we are connected to our power and love,
We are whole,
Complete and healthy.
Take a breath in through the nose.
Letting everything go with a sigh.
