Breathe into the element of water. Seeking out stagnation within the body and energy and using your breath to cleanse and purify. Centre yourself, find deep peace, and release control of anything that no longer serves you. Be here now, take a pause and invite deep healing into your body.

Welcome to this guided meditation where we will connect to the element of water and create lasting peace,

Calm and ease within our physical bodies,

Spirits and mind.

Taking a moment to make yourself comfortable either seated or laying down.

Finding a position that instils deep comfort within the body and somewhere where you will not be disturbed.

Allow yourself to settle in to whichever shape your body has taken.

Gently start to connect to your breath.

Noticing the inhale and exhale.

Bringing your awareness to the inhale.

Does the breath flow freely into the body?

Or is there resistance present for you?

And with every exhale allowing the body to soften and deepen into a state of relaxation.

Giving yourself permission to be here now.

To release control of what was or what will be.

And to connect to a deep sense of peace within the moment.

Allowing your physical and mental body to centre,

To soften and to release all control of the external world.

Allowing the unknown to be whatever it is.

This moment is yours.

You deserve to have this time for you.

And as you breathe softly,

Indulging in your own body,

Inviting in peace,

Calm and clarity.

There is nothing to do right now.

Simply breathe and be present to your own experience.

And as you gently relax deeper and deeper,

Starting to consciously deepen the breath.

Breathing in deeply all the way to the base of the spine and the lower belly.

And taking full exhales.

Breathing in deeply and exhaling fully.

And as you connect to that breath,

That life force within your body,

You're going to connect to the presence of water.

To that gentle flow of water,

Both physically within our body and also within our energies.

For we are constantly moving forwards,

Working with the ebb and flow of our own tide.

When water is still and restricted,

It begins to stagnate.

And the same goes for our body,

Our mind and our spirits.

We are built to move,

To flow and to be always connected to love and purpose.

The element of water is strong within the human body.

Noticing how when you even say the word water in your mind,

The body starts to react.

As we softly acknowledge this element within ourselves.

Noticing anywhere within your body that feels stagnant and stuck.

And equally acknowledging areas that feel peaceful,

Harmonious and in flow.

What feels good within your body?

What feels tender and stuck?

When did you last fully give yourself permission to let go?

Spending the next few breaths just allowing these questions to circulate through the mind and the body and your energy.

What feels good?

What feels tender or stuck?

When did you last fully give yourself permission to let go?

Breathe deeply into these questions.

Allow the body to flow and release the answer.

Breathing in water and exhaling water.

Remembering that you are alive and for as long as you are alive you are divinely loved and guided.

With every breath that you take allowing the cool wash of water to flush through your body from the tips of your toes to the crown of the head,

Moving anywhere that feels stagnant.

Flushing and detoxing the organs and every cell in the body.

Allowing your energy to flow freely both within and out of the physical body.

This moment right now is yours.

There is nothing to do but be still and here and now.

Connecting to that deep flow of water and energy.

Moving freely from the tips of the toes to the crown of the head with no obstructions,

No judgements,

No criticism or stories.

Simply accepting what is and allowing this experience to be whatever it needs to be for you.

Taking two more deep full breaths into your body in through the nose and release the breath out.

Breathe in deep and out.

Allowing the tide of your breath to settle back into its normal rhythm.

Allowing peace and clarity and tranquility to wash over your body as you continue on with your beautiful day.
